I had KS install my theatre. The installation team was outstanding. All of them were well qualified and they went far above what I was expecting. Tony in sales was great as well. They are very responsive and a very professional organization. I have used other AV companies in both Charlotte and Winston-Salem previously. I have nothing negative to say about them. However, by far KS was superior in every aspect. They have earned my repeat business.

Very pleased with our three new Sonos amps and the Samsung Terrace outdoor TV with Sonos soundbar. The whole process from quotation development through installation was flawless. KS AudioVideo has proven to be the best company for installation and follow up service for all home theater needs. We have used KS AudioVideo for over 4 years now for various projects. Today Daniel came in to help resolve an issue with our bedroom TV. Realizing our WiFi was not up to date, he recommended and installed a unit to give much more capacity using 5G.
This helped with all the cell phones and computers. I have found that all the KS AudioVideo technicians/installers are professional and knowledgeable with very high skill sets. I highly recommend KS AudioVideo without hesitation.

KS Audio Video completely exceeded our expectations in every way. We needed a new lamp for a projector and luckily a neighbor suggested that we give KS Audio Video a call. They responded promptly to my call. I sent some pictures and information to Ed via email so we could be sure they knew what type of system we had and that they had the right equipment to do the job.
They got us scheduled for the next day (due to a cancellation) which was awesome! Daniel arrived on time and swapped out the projector lamp in no time. He then did a full diagnostic on the system and fixed issues with how Geek Squad had set it up (they left it on low def even though the system was high def capable). Daniel wanted to make sure we were getting the highest quality picture possible.
He even went the extra mile and fixed a light that was having a problem with the mount to make sure that our home theater was in tip top shape. Aside from working quick and clean, Daniel was extremely friendly and helpful, and the price was more than fair for the job done. I highly recommend KS Audio Video for any type of home entertainment or home automation work.

Hired KS to install DTV in our town house, a somewhat tricky install given the location and requirements. Ed and his team did a great job of not only on the install but on working with DTV/AT&T to get us a nice deal. Its not easy working with DTV these days. The install team of Ryan and Daniel did a great job the first time. Arrived on time, explained the set up and made sure everything worked.
They had to come back out the bury the cable, they promptly scheduled the appointment, showed up on time and completed the work as requested. Would use this team again. Thanks

I recently moved into the LKN area. Found this AV company online. Very nice, knowledgable, people. I'm particular about every install and voiced my concerns early on with Tony. We remodeled and I didn't want a crew destroying two months of new walls, plaster, paint etc. In a about a 8 hours they were finished with the three large screen, Sonos SB install and heading to another job. They were fantastic. Friendly, clean, totally Pro from the first handshake to the last. Highly recommend them!

Your Rating: 5 Your Review: Chris is one of those rare combinations of talent, dedication and skill you don't often encounter in the service business. The entire team did a great job, but Chris was the mastermind behind the programming and very much the lead man who took me through all the new equipment. The job was really more complicated than anticipated based on my existing equipment that they had to work with - but they made it work well. Chris went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable with the new TV and remote setup and I am grateful for his patience. I highly recommend the team at KS and want to say thanks for the great job and fine work.
