Datasyst is pleased to provide small and medium-sized businesses and other companies in the South Charlotte area with on-site technical support. Allow us to take care of your office computing needs so you can concentrate on what matters most.
We work on a first-come, first-served basis. Once your device has been placed on the Technician's Table, they will contact you and/or update the ticket with the status of your repair. If you need your diagnostics done quickly, you might be able pay an Expedite fee. There's no charge if the issue is covered under warranty, AppleCare+, or consumer law.

I had a problem with my Iphone 13 connecting to the internet. I made an appt with Dat A Syst and brought the phone. Within a few minutes they diagnosed the problem and my phone now again connects to the Internet. this is my second time visiting this company. I brought a Brother printer in a few months ago and they fixed it as well. I totally recommend this company.

If you were not going to truly resolve the issue then do not bother me when I choose to express my opinion. I did not even go into depth about the extensive process I had to go through to get a terrible service and my laptop being returned in even worse condition with no real resolution. Completely unprofessional. They told me my device was completed and then when I got there they stated they needed more time. Its been 2 months. They claimed to offer other resolutions through email in which they had incorrect contact information. They did not offer any real solutions until I stated I would leave a bad review. Then left all of the "reviews". weird. Would not do business with them.

Sid at Datasyst helped me transition smoothly from a 10-year old iMAC to a newer unit, while maintaining my data from the old machine. I highly recommend this team and Sid in particular! What started as a hard drive issue on the old iMAC then morphed into a video card issue as well, at which point it was time to bid the old unit adieu. Sid advised where I could find a newer iMAC economically and pledged to transfer everything from the old unit to the new one.
I followed his instruction and now have a newer unit with all my data intact. Not only is Sid highly skilled, he has great people skills and an always-ready-to-help attitude. The overall company commitment to customer service is what sets Datasyst apart. I highly recommend Datasyst!

My daughter cracked the screen on my Macbook Pro, making my laptop completely unusable. The team at Dat-A-Syst were recommended by Apple and I was very pleased with my experience. They were very friendly and informative. The repair was done quickly and my computer is working perfectly now. If I ever have issues again in the future I will definitely return! The Apple store recommended Datasyst as an authorized dealer and they were RIGHT! I've gone to them for a myriad of my Macbook Pro problems - spilled liquid (a few times), rice removal (don't ask), battery checks - EVERYTHING! Most recently I had yet another water spillage and since the computer screen was also going out, I opted to purchase another laptop. Isiah, the AMAZING, professional, respectful, warm, kind, helpful and SMART technician, not only repaired my previous devices, but he searched various sites and found my latest laptop, a Macbook Air - at a great discount.
I promise to take better care of this laptop, so I might not see Isiah or any of the other capable and remarkable staff members at the Fort Mill, SC, Datasyst location anytiime soon, so I leave this review so others can take my place.
