My computer decided not to cooperate last week, you want me to print something. How about I just shut down. I lost track of its disobedience and didn't get the issue resolved. I went to print something today and guess what it didn't work. I called Lillie and she had me squared away in 5 min. We will be all using her going forward here. Thomas.

I would without a doubt highly recommend working with Lillie Newton. I have attended some of the her talks and she really knows her stuff. She is also not one to nickel-and-dime anyone. While I was on vacation, my office manager was in a panic saying that our entire IT system was down. I immediately called Lillie and over the phone she made a couple of suggestions to try first. We tried those options and they worked like a charm. She did not even charge me a dime for the time she spent helping me out. Thanks Lillie!
