This company has no soul from the top to the bottom. They view their employees as numbers and it's woefully obvious. You may get decent service but, I'd advice shopping around. There are too many competitors that treat people better. Take your business and money to a company that deserves it.

CNP has worked with our company for many years now and has provided great service. They always go above and beyond. Employees at CNP have always been very professional, and knowledgeable, overall it's been a great experience to have them as our ShoreTel vendor. I'd recommend CNP to anyone looking into a ShoreTel phone system.

CNP Technologies has been our technology partner for over 20 years. We have relied on their expertise to keep our network running smoothly and efficiently. Their friendly and responsive customer service is 2nd to none and we can count on them to keep us informed of needs we might have before we even realize it. In this day and age a problem with technology can negatively impact all aspects of a business. We are a longstanding (15 yrs), and a very satisfied CNP Technologies customer. They played a crucial role in the selection, deployment, and occasional upgrades of our IP Telephony solution - ShoreTel. In 2015 they also assisted in the acquisition and deployment of a VMware Cluster and SAN. Both solutions were competitively priced, and very professionally configured and deployed.

As an IT administrator in a two-person department, supporting seventy-five employees and the infrastructure of three locations can be quite taxing. It is very reassuring to know that I have CNP Technologies with their excellent staff and services on my side. They are my first choice as a local IT service and solution provider.

CNP has worked with our company for many years now and has provided great service and products that have helped us work efficiently. I have been here about a year-and-a-half as the IT Manager and have found them to be an excellent resource. The staff is incredibly helpful and always there to answer questions or help in any way that we might need for Shoretel or servers, switches, etc. I would have no trouble recommending them to anyone.

We have been with CNP Technologies for nearly two years and the calls are unstable and they give very little attention to customer care. The response is always that they will test it. Two years later, we are still unstable and our calls completely drops and all our satellite offices keeps getting out of service messages. Their engineer team admitted into selling us a server that could not handle our traffic.

Our financial institution has been a customer of CNP for about 8-years now and my IT shop has enjoyed a great relationship with them. We use them for general network support as well as ShoreTel installations and support. Having been in the IT industry for 33-years, I have experienced the good and bad with vendors. This is one vendor that excels. Use them.
