SCS was founded by a network of experts who wanted to create a different kind of computer solutions company: one that focused on the needs of the customer. We understand that you have a business to run, and may not want to manage your network, computer or phone systems, or spend valuable time troubleshooting these things.
SCS has the ability to help organizations with an IT Strategy maintain their goals of desktop and server management though a combination of standardization, service improvements, cost reductions, shared experience and best practice deployment. Organization without an IT Strategy can also benefit from the principles of a more formal approach but less formalized.
SCS Remote Networking is best thought of as your helpdesk. In the past, technical support could only be provided onsite or over the phone. Phone support is valuable and can provide more immediate resolution. Onsite support is equally as valuable but generally has to be scheduled and has minimum onsite time along with a trip charge.
