I am very please with eSmith IT. I have the VOIP 4 line system in a rural area with very slow internet speeds. There were a few glitches because of the slow speeds and my Apple Router but eSmith went the extra mile, walked us through the set up and it has worked great since. The system has a ton of professional features that allow us to seem like a BIG TIME corporation, even though we are a small business.

ESmith IT set up our new business with a VOIP phone system including an app for our laptops & phones. It's given us freedom to take calls no matter where we are working. Also, anytime we needed help with the system they were quick to respond. Highly recommend.

Extremely pleased with eSmith IT. My company recently updated our phone system and service after 12 years. From our initial contact, Kevin was very helpful and responsive in getting our system quoted and walking us through the most efficient process to make all of the changes we need to make. They were onsite working with our other IT providers during installation and the change over was flawless. Customer service since the install has been amazing, although the need has been minimal our our system has had no issues. I can't recommend them enough!

We needed a new phone system as our business Nortel Phone system went out. Kevin showed me his phone system that was pretty easy and economical. The install was easy and he explained the process to the staff. We also use eSmith IT for any network or IT issues we need. The customer service and response time to an issue is outstanding. I have known and worked with Kevin for over eight years. What I love about Kevin is he is very responsive. Every time my staff or I reach out to him by email or phone he response within minutes with what we should do. It is comforting to know that if we do have any questions or concerns we can get a solution in no time at all.

Kevin and his team have been handling our Allstate agency's technology needs for the couple of years and it has been nothing short of an awesome experience. I have done business with eSmith for several years now after using a large corporation to manage our companies phone system. What sets eSmith apart from others is the personal touch of the staff when technology gives us problems. One night our server went down and the technician contacted us to gain access to repair the issue preventing very little down time for our business.

They have always been a valuable resource for our business when we have technology questions. It might not be something that pertains to their service but they are always happy to help lead us in the right direction.
