Everyone is great. A cordial, personable receptionist. Shane, the owner, is just as personable. And professional. And knows computers and and computer technology. He answers all my questions and he never makes me feel foolish or "dumb'. And his technicians are professional and "know their stuff" too. I'll go back to Shane and his company if I have a computer question or problem in the future. Because, based on my interactions with him, I believe that he's a man of integrity and runs his business that way.
