I have used Bay Geeks services for keeping my computer's up and running virus free for over 8 years now. Had to call them twice during that time to fix issues I created. I got same day service and they had me running in under an hour. I found out the last time we met that he does networking video surveillance cameras and had them install an 8 camera system that uses network video recording (NVR not a DVR). They service what they sell, and that was what led me towards them.

I purchased a new computer in early May and contacted Bay Geeks on their website and got a prompt reply. We set an appointment and owner, Alden, showed up a few minutes early, which was nice. He set up the new HP tower, assisted me in a minor additional purchase from Best Buy, and copied over my files from my old hard drive. He's a nice guy and he remembered details of his previous visit. If Yelp offered a sixth star BG merit's it!
