Devin did an excellent job in keeping me updated during the whole process. I came in with a broken sata connector and they got in fixed and solved other issues with my system (it was pre-built) couldn't be happier They are definitely keeping me as a customer and I would definitely recommend you give em a try

A friendly greeting when entering the store. Devin was very knowledgeable and had my computer fixed in one business day (paid the expedite fee). He gave me options on how to proceed and his recommendations. He communicated often and efficiently. I felt informed, respected and well taken care of. I paid around $150 for the repair and parts but feel they should/could have charged more for their services. Will return in the future if needed and I give high recommendations to others to receive services here as well.

We just moved to south Tulsa and are glad we found Fireytech. They are upfront and very honest. Highly recommend.

My home computer had an unusual problem which I thought was a virus. Took it to Fireytech on Saturday morning and the gentleman working that day was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He asked all the pertinent questions and advised me that no matter the issue they would resolve it for me. I received a call on Monday afternoon advising me of the hardware issue and provided me with the best affordable resolution. Their services are very reasonably priced and they have great friendly staff. I highly recommend their services.

I've never really been fully satisfied with my experience with a computer repair shop until coming here. They went above and beyond to meet everything I needed done and my computer came out looking almost as nice, and dust free, as the day I built it.

My problem was an intermittent one which Fireytech and I agreed I could live with for a while. But they gave it careful attention and did not suggest a perhaps exaggerated fix. I will certainly go back there again.

Called several repair shops Fireytech was the only one out of a couple who actually answered their phone and could come out later same day all the others were maybe they could come out same day or it would be the following day. My business runs off my computer and was due to process payments for the 1st which I was not going to be able to do. Michael was the tech that came out and said he would take it and try to recover files that I needed.

He did call me throughout the night to give me updates and showed up at 9am next morning the 1st and got me back up. I have had to start from scratch when a computer has gone down and I was so dreading that it would happen again. So great service that went into overtime and even brought me computer before they even open. Thanks so much.

I was having issues with my CPU and was afraid it would crash. They got it in right away and got it fixed very quickly at a very good price. I highly recommend and I will use them again and refer them to others. Very friendly and very considerate.

Firey Tech Computer Repair: I would like to express my gratitude to the knowledgeable staff and owners at Firey Tech. My desktop computer crashed and went to a black screen asking for items I could not provide. Michael and Devin went to work on it and recovered all of the data on my hard drive while also doing a virus scan and installing Windows 10 on the machine.

All of this was accomplished for a very reasonable rate. Since then I have taken them a laptop computer I use as a back-up. They did a full data storage back-up, virus scan, and installed Windows 10 on it. It is refreshing to work with a company that is both honest and knowledgeable. If a computer needs to be fixed, upgraded, or improved they are the only ones I would take my computers to. They are a real pleasure to do business with. P Matthews

I was looking for a place to get my laptop wiped out and started over again since it was running slow. I was referred to Michael at Fireytech. Over the phone Michael was very pleasant and explained to me what the cost would be to look at the computer and give me an estimate before doing the final work. I was very pleased with his professionalism over the phone.

When I got to the store he took all my information and told me he would call me when he found out what the issues might be. After about an hour he called me back and Explained to me why the computer was running slow. After providing his expertise on what should be done we decided to go ahead and have the computer wiped out. So glad I had it done and for such a great price. Computer runs great once again.
