Have used Owasso Computer Repair several times, with good results. They always solved my problem and at a very reasonable cost. Will continue to use them for all future work and recommend to my friends and family.

So grateful for Chip and his team. I'm pretty high tech as far as females and grandmas. I raised 2 engineers. So glad to have people who can fulfill my requests and know how to do the right stuff.

Chip always provides a quick response to computer/network issues, fixes problems at affordable rate, and follows-up to make sure things are working properly.

I went in with my 84 year old mother who can't understand how she keeps clogging up her computer and phone. I've explained over and over what she needs to stop doing and she does it again. We used to use, Geek Squad, but I didn't like the condescending tone they used when talking to my mom after I explained the situation. We accidentally happened upon Owasso Computer Reair and I'm so glad we did. The guy was so cool and understood my frustration. All in all it was a great experience, not expensive, and quick.

They are super fast, very friendly & affordable. They went above and beyond to fix something that broke inside after just having it in for something else. I highly recommend them.

Did a good job fixing what geek squad told us they couldn't. My moms laptop had been damaged on a corner he repaired it well and we are grateful he was able to do it so quickly for us.

The owner was very knowledgeable and helped transfer files from my damaged laptop to my new laptop. He even gave me the hard drive just in case I needed anything on it. He was very friendly and fast with his service.

Ed was easy to work with, knowledgeable, fair-priced and overall a good dude. He was prompt in fixing my issues and he had my CPU back in order in no time. I would recommend him to anyone

Ed is a great guy and offers very good customer service and prices. I had a hard drive crash and he helped me pick out a solid state drive to replace it with and now my computer runs at blinding speed. He was quick to respond and got me up and running within 24 hours. He offices out of the UPS store so call him instead of trying to drive and find his shop because there isn't one. I highly recommend Ed!

Recently Ed upgraded and updated my desktop computer. Judged on my experience, I found him competent, trustworthy, and customer-friendly. He did a fantastic job and kept me informed via texts to my phone. He picked the unit up, worked on the computer at his shop, and returned it to my house. Then he made sure I understood new operations and that everything was in working order. He is an excellent computer repair professional and has a friendly personality. I recommend Ed to anyone who needs a fair, knowledgeable, and reputable computer repairman.

I had Ed do some work for me awhile back and not only did he come pick up my laptop, he had it fixed and returned to me super fast! I was impressed with his timing and quality of work! He even cleaned off a couple of old stickers that were on my computer and cleaned away the residue that is normally left from peeling off old stickers. I would HIGHLY recommend him and will definitely use him again if/when I need any computer work! Ohhhh. and his prices were fantastic! Especially for pick-up/delivery included!

Best computer repair experience ive ever had! Not only did he make time for me as soon as I called, he had it done by the next day- and was so committed to getting it done for me in 24 hours even though it got late at night! Ive never seen so much commitment for the customer before, it felt like he cared about my laptop being fixed for school just as much or more than I did myself! Keeps in contact, extremely thorough, honest, and great pricing! Not to mention a great person and very family oriented. I will be back!

I have used Owasso Computer Repair (Ed Scott) twice now. The first time was for a laptop that had a Solid State Drive Crash. He was very professional, courteous, prompt, and very reasonably priced. My first experience with Ed was enough to earn my recommendation but my second experience totally knocked it out of the park. I work from home and my work PC Died.

I dropped my PC off at 4:30PM on a Friday afternoon. He diagnosed a bad power supply and I received a call a couple of hours later to let me know and what my options were to proceed. My PC was a 5 or 6 year Dell XPS that had an oddball sized Power supply with non standard connections that would have to be ordered from Dell. I explained that I could not be without the machine too long and Ed suggested that he could get one local that would work with some modifications.

I received a call 2 hours later that it was fixed. You will not find that kind of service elsewhere even if the replacement power supply was an perfect (drop in ) fit. I can not tell you the last time I have taken the time to write a review on anything but I felt compelled to let people know that I highly recommend Ed.

Ed did a great job fixing our son's computer. He was able to return our computer within 24 hours so our son could start online classes as soon as possible - which helped us out so much! He went above and beyond what we expected by creating boot up disks for us just in case the computer crashed again. Ed will be the only computer guy we use from now on. We HIGHLY recommend anyone to use this computer repair service.
