Zero stars should be an option. Absolute incompetence. Late with our 1099s. 5th sales rep in 18 months. Now possibly subjecting us to payroll tax penalties due to their horrible service

I've owned three business, worked with many vendors across all three businesses, and Paycom is by far the worst I've done business with. Canceling my payroll processing account, because Paycom keeps changing the rules, and messing up my employee pay periods.

Do not bother calling the 800 number because they can't help you resolve any issue that you have they claim that the company that you work for has to handle the problem within their HR department. I don't work for the company that uses paycom anymore but my information is still in the database paycom has not responded to my former employer to find out what the issue is I was told to contact paycom on my own to see if they could figure out what was going on and as I previously stated paycom said they can't help me why is it that paycom has access to all my private information my driver's license my social security my private phone number and all of my pay stubs but yet they don't want to help I hope you're not using it for fraud

Paycom is the guru to all things HR. They offer virtually unlimited flexibility in how you can enable employees, such as myself, to have all of my work-related information in one place. Benefits include the ability to review current and past pay stubs, request time off, or check availability for PTO. The user may also review personal information and make changes as necessary. The bottom line, it's modern, incredibly easy to navigate, and is a slam-dunk for any company to implement into their payroll world.
