I called a few days ago with a problem with my PC and never got a call back. Tried calling today and when we got an answer, the person on the phone was Rude and explained that they do not fix personal computers and builds. Just save your money and energy and go to micro center for help because if you can't fix a build, you shouldn't be working on any computer.

Took almost a month to do a 1 hour job. Would not return calls when I would call to check progress. Replaced components with underpowered used parts he had at his house. Did not zip tie power cables to frame as requested stating "there isn't much you can do". Lost one of the feet to my tower and blamed me. Still requested premium pay. Just the facts.
