We've been using Frontline Data Services for at least ten years. The service is to rated, because 50 you'll receive a response w/i 5 minutes, and 50% of the time w/i 15-30 minutes. The actual service e.g., problem handling never took more than two hours. Their support persons, are very knowledgeable, professionals, and eager to assist. As a customer I'm very happy with Frontline Data Services.

Frontline is my 3rd (and final) host. From a technical standpoint the systems are great on speed, features and uptime, but what really stands out for me is the customer service. Being my own worst enemy they fix my mistakes faster than I can make them - have a problem, get a response so quick and solved the first time. My only complaint is that I don't have more business to give them. Highest recommendations.

Moving to the Private Cloud was Painless Thanks to Frontline; and LONG Overdue! The partnership between Abbott House and Frontline goes back more than 16 years (Since I have been with Abbott House). Our experience with the private cloud is nothing but best. There was almost NO downtime and the migration process (P2V) was painless and throughout the process Frontline was by our side, supporting and guiding us.
The ease of spinning up a new VM has made our life so much easier, especially with our limited resources of being a not for profit organization. Most of all, Frontline delivers what they promise!

I have been using Frontline since 1999 (yikes!) to host a number of sites from corporate (hundreds of pages) to personal. They have always been responsible, and technically accurate, but equally important reachable and very friendly. There have been VERY VERY FEW "issues", and when there is one, it gets handled quickly. They don't "sell" your contact info like I am told other 'large' hosting companies might do. I have recommended them to friends and associates and everyone is satisfied. I recommend them highly!

We have been clients of Frontline for over 15 years. Their fees are reasonable and the service is great! If we encounter problems with our email or website, they are quick to respond and remedy the issue. We plan to continue using them indefinitely. The staff is knowledegable and very helpful. Personal Service - At Its Best As far as I am concerned, I've got nothing but very good words about the years I've been with Frontline. I have always gotten personal and prompt service and always felt like a person - not an account. I've never had a problem with outage or - again - service in that whatever I've asked, no matter how silly, has always been attended to quickly and personally. It's all about knowing that no matter when, or whatever you are asking or need, it will always be taken care of - in a personal way.
