Each plan except for Limited has two speeds representing guaranteed minimum bandwidth and typical speed. Note, the typical speed is what you can expect to get most of the time, i.e. it is the average speed over extended period of time and not short lived "Burst Speeds". Similar to residential plans, the speeds for business plans represent minimum bandwidth and typical speed respectively.

I've had their service for 4 years because its the only service I can get for where I live. This is why they get 2 stars. Its almost impossible to get a hold of them. My internet goes out at least once a week. Sometimes more.

Terrible service not worth the money stops frequently and kicks you off. Notech either dose not care or is unable to fix there problems Xfinity works much better.

Due to my remote location, my hook up has a solar powered component which can be a problem during long cloudy periods. Other than that it has been a good six years of service.
