Portola System Inc. either changed their management or something because the customer service ( quote request and ETS/ETA) has gone down hill. I could not get quotes in a timely manner and could not get ETS/ETA for orders placed. Since i work for the County and I have been acquiring all my technology procurements from Portola for over 7 years. Since they don't value my purchases and requests, i have moved on. Currently still have serval PO with them and could not get any ETS/ETA for those items. Stay away if possible. County procurement staff.

Ridiculously Overpriced for Labor. They don't quote you on it prior to ordering. So assume about an extra 2k just to install four computers. Bollocks

I was at Cyrus the other night with some friends that work at a few companies around Sonoma County and we all used Portola Systems. Strange huh? I like to mention random stuff like this on Yelp. You know give credit where credit is due. This company just plan keeps your systems sharp and the people they have are friendly. They know what they do and they do it well.
