Their (KLH) gardener arrived about 9 on a quiet Sunday morning and proceeded to 'leaf blow' with the loudest gas blower possible. he went back and forth around the parking lot for 2 full hours disturbing the whole residential neighborhood on a Sunday morning. thoughtless. we hope the company would change the schedule to at least a week day or require they use a battery run blower! there ought to be a law against this kind of noise!

The quality of IT Services is based on two things: knowledge and service. KLH is mediocre on both counts. They are effective on routine matters but anything out of the ordinary and anything that does not fit into their defined processes result in extra costs to the client, inefficiencies and frustration. Their remediation process is terrible with account managers unable/unwilling to escalate issues for prompt resolution. Their Mac support is extremely weak. Finally, their contract is overreaching and inequitable. In short, I would not recommend KLH.

Excellent customer service, however, every time I call the office they always say "Can I trouble you to hold for a moment?" Using the word "TROUBLE" is negative and makes me cringe every time I hear it. I wish the would say something more appropriate like "Can I put you on hold for a moment?" It would still be asking my permission without being negative.
