The technician replaced the digitizer on my smart phone. He got to it the same day and I am happy with the work done. The staff is nice and responsive. I will be back if the need arises.

Danielle is my "rock star." Danielle explained what was wrong with my Macbook Air, how long and what it would cost for them to repair it, which was mucho bucks. THEN, she went above and beyond and checked to see if the Mac was still under warranty. Which it was. THEN she went the extra, extra mile and set-up an appointment for me at the Apple Store in SLO to have it repaired through them.

Can you believe it?! I am sooo appreciative of the extra time she gave me, the extra effort she expended, how honest she was AND she saved me a ton of money even though Alltech didn't make a dime. NO CHARGE! No question I will keep coming back to Alltech and will gladly pay their fee.

The people that work here are so helpful! And nice too, especially to a couple of technology challenged seniors who had a very old laptop with tons of pictures that we were hoping they could successfully rescue. These kids were very patient with us too. We recommend this business to everyone who has any computer needs or questions.

Very fast turnover. Repaired computer works great. Price was more than reasonable. I think they could actually raise their prices a bit. I will use them again in the future.

Not great service by Tyler. He is so rude and very abrupt dealing with customers. Also their service is very expensive. After we agreed on the service to be performed and I paid the money, they performed different service and asked for me money in order to perform the original service that was agreed upon. They charge $50 per thirty minutes consultation.

They said the repair will be under warranty for 10 days but they even refused to answer any questions regarding the service performed the next day. I'm not really happy about the last interaction with their associate Tyler.

Alltech Computers did a fantastic job repairing my 5 year old desktop computer. The replaced the power unit and diagnosed the problems was having by reinstalling Windows 10. What really sets them apart is they truly go the extra mile for you without even asking. This company will always have my business. I have been a customer for over 6 years they always exceeded my expectations. Thank you Joshua for your exceptional work and attention to details.

Recently had Alltech install an SSD and RAM upgrade into a 2012 iMac. Their staff was friendly and helpful, and the work was done quickly. I would definitely recommend reaching out to them with any tech issues.

After fighting with my computer, I finally bit the bullet and took it to Alltech. The young man that helped me was professional and courteous and had me up and running in no time. I would highly recommend them to friends and family and general public.

Great customer service! And, they repaired my iPad which my young dog chewed up! Other repair places said it could not be done, or suggested I buy a new one. Alltech took on the job and in a few days it was as good as new! They will have all of my business from now on.

I had a fantastic experience with Alltech computers! My iMac had the white screen of death and these guys did a killer job at figuring out what was wrong and fixed it. The whole process went smoothly and they communicated very well. I wouldn't second guess taking any of my computer issues back to them. I Highly recommend the team at Alltech! Regarding the repair: Josh called me with the initial diagnosis, repair and how much it was going to cost. A couple of hours later Josh found the underlying issue and it turned out to be a less expensive repair. When someone does that you know you can trust them

Don't go to Alltech Computers in Arroyo Grande. The service took way too long. They took a month to change a laptop battery. it was way too expensive. They charged two 100 dollar deposits and then wanted more money. They actually served other customers that walked in and left me standing at the counter. They told me all the wrong information and then would not stand by their word. They would not give any kind of concession for the very poor service. It seemed as though they just didn't care about me as a customer.

Told me the mobo was probably bad and that there were multiple issues. I guess i assumed for 40$ diagnostic they were going to actually diagnose it, but they couldnt due to not having a late model mobo to test the actual system (kinda like reading car codes with a 20$ walmart reader instead of the $10k professional computer imo). wanted to sell me a new motherboard (not that they verified that it was the issue) suggesting a more expensive chipset that none of my parts were going to be able to take advantage of. after hearing their report i just took back my computer and didnt think it was worth my time to ask questions.

Excellent service. Speedy, professional, and my iPad works great! I brought it in for a cracked screen. I would definitely go back if I needed tech support and/or recommend to a friend.

I had a problem with my MacBook Air trackpad and suspected it might either be a swollen battery or a bad trackpad. I contacted a few other computer repair companies in the surrounding area and a few did not want to work on this model at all. Those that did took a while to get back to me and were not in my immediate area (Arroyo Grande). Alltech responded in a reasonable time, offered to diagnose the problem then contact me with how best to proceed.

The problem was not a bad battery or trackpad. The pad was simply misaligned. Needed a simple adjustment and I was on my way, for the initial cost of the diagnose, $40. I have 4 Macs and Alltech is now my new go-to repair shop!

We have had a great experience with Alltech Computers. When our old HP Computer went out, the Alltech Computer's Staff was able to install a new DELL Computer which has been great. Michael came out and had it installed really quick with no problems. He was able to transfer our contacts, photos and important information within just a short amount of time.

Obviously he has been working with computers for many years. All of the staff at Alltech are very courteous and knowledgeable and answered any of my questions in a very polite manner. Each time I phoned their business my call was picked up ASAP. Great Customer Service and in these days, Great Customer Service is very hard to find. Our experience with Alltech was top notch. We appreciate all of their dedication and perseverance in helping us with our New DELL COMPUTER.

I dropped my 2 laptops off with them. They did a diagnosis on both. They charge 40$. If you have them fix the problem they will waive the fee and charge for parts and time. All the staff i came in to contact with with awesome. I really appreciate them working on my computer.

I needed a new battery replaced for my iPhone 6. So, I called them yesterday and the girl who answered confirmed that they have a battery for me in stock, and to bring the phone in to have it replaced. So, this morning (One day later!) I take in the phone and the guy tells me that they don't have a battery in stock for me! I asked them if they sold one yesterday, and they said no they didn't sell any to anyone else for an iPhone 6. So, after the lies and misinformation that I got, I will Never even try to have this place do any work for me or my family!

A coworker referred me to michael. She had the same situation I was dealing with and that was my harddrive crashed. I had not backed up work for a month and it was a matter of losing my job. I called michael 5 minutes to 5:00 and told him my situation. I was located in SLO and he waited for me to bring my computer along with my external backup and left it overnight.

He called the next day with the best news. he was able to find files, he backed them up on my external hard drive and off I went with lots of joy! Michael is reasonable, communicates well and is very professional. He will always be my go-to-guy for my computer!

These guys are nothing but crooks. Brought my Galaxy S10 in to have the back glass repaired and it was replaced with a plain cheap piece of plastic that doesn't even fit right. Without using OEM parts my warranty is now void and with the poor level of work they did I doubt its water resistant anymore. In the weeks waiting for my parts to arrive they kept sending me emails stating they were still waiting for parts and that I was a low priority.

What customer wants to be a low priority regardless of the repair? They were rude, didnt keep the appointment I set and when I asked for advice on a screen protector Mike had no answer for me. He just pulled up the Amazon website and started naming off the first ones that came up. Anyone can do that. If you need your phone or computer fixed dont take it to these guys as they will not respect you or your expensive technology. They will only be looking to scam you!

Robert was able to bring my HTC 10 back from the dead even after I brought him in two bad screens I had gotten off Amazon. Saved me having to get a new phone for $900 from att and after it was all said and done only cost me $60! Oh and it was all handled over the 4th of July weekend! Couldn't be happier with the service

Great, timely and reliable service. I have been coming here over the last several years for my computer and hard drive needs. With running a local wine touring company I need my computer for work, and the employees have understood my need for prompt service. Very happy with the hassle free local service.

After having a computer built by another service in our community many, many problems arouse and I realized I needed to look elsewhere and I found Alltech Computers. Michael Woo and his staff are very, very knowledgeable and very customer service driven. They are the real deal. This is my way of saying thank you for the great customer service and knowledge you provided, especially you David the computer works amazing for the very first time after over a year of struggles. Alltech restored my laptop 6 months ago and reformatted and restored my Desktop and provided Windows 10 for me this week. I am grateful for all that was accomplished and it was all done for a very reasonable cost.

I foolishly allowed an invader iattack my computer and had to have it wiped completely in order eradicate the problem. They were sympathetic and didn't make me feel any worse, did the work quickly at a reasonable price. When I picked up my computer, the technician, David, patiently answered all of my lame questions and offered further assistance if necessary. Looks like a well run and very kind group of people.
