We just switched to CIO Solutions as our new IT service company last week. The team prepping for the transition was very thorough, competent, and required very little of us (I couldn't say enough good things about Greg Goulart!). It was the smoothest IT transition I've ever experienced. And their support line has answered every call without going to voicemail, has been well-staffed, patient, follows through, and kept us in the loop. We've been very impressed with their top-notch service; they definitely know how to run a good ship. We would recommend CIO to any company looking for IT services.
