Recently signed up for their service at Harvest Limoneira at Santa Paula, Ca. Signal has been solid and great! 1 GIG symmetrical speeds!

From internet to VOIP phone service to cloud storage and applications and everything in between this place and their products are Cheetah Fast! They have a knowledgeable and friendly staff from the CEO to the engineers and the technicians they know their stuff! They will treat you with respect and will bend over backwards from the initial sale to the technical support any time of day or night they will be there with keeping your systems in tip top shape!

Very poor follow through by Cameron. I called at 9:30am excited to get a quote for new internet service. I was told my information would be given to the Sales department and someone would follow up. I called again at 2:30pm and spoke with Cameron who stated he submitted my inquiry at 11:30am and he would escalate the inquiry. I missed a call at 4pm and called back and spoke to Cameron again who couldn't give me the quote and preceeded to hang up on me. I have no idea how the reviews are so high. Will let Lennar about my experience so they don't recommend this company or Cameron to any new home buyers.

Awesome, consistent service for YEARS from this company! Thank you, Jeff Buckingham for paying attention to our law firm's network and for calling me on Sunday to warn me that our fiber was down so that we could have a shot at repairing it well before our week started. As a result, we were able to get it back up on Sunday and no one at our firm was the wiser. I have been using Norcast services since I opened Tidelands Counseling 7 years ago. They have been wonderful throughout the process of opening a new business, and then expanding my office space 3 years later. They are always friendly and helpful, and can often solve my problems for me over the phone. Their technicians are great! They know their stuff, and they do quick, efficient and high quality work.

Wanted to add an additional stellar comment about my most recent experience with Norcast. Our internet went down, we called Norcast (no frustrating prompts to get us to the technician, how refreshing) and the technician quickly figured out our problem, our modem needed replacement. Norcast has stellar customer service that is very friendly, helpful and right on.

It is so a joy knowing that Norcast has our back and is a local company who cares about its customers. Having Norcast as our telecommunications provider has been a fabulous experience. Their services and customer service is far superior to the large phone companies and is less expensive. Many of their employees have been with them for years and they know exactly who I am when I call in.it is so nice in this crazy complex world to work with a company who gets what you need and makes you feel special. I highly recommend Norcast as your phone company and Internet provider.

My Company, Star Drug Testing has been with Norcast for 10 years. My experience with them began about 4 1/2 years ago when I purchased the controlling interest in Star. From the beginning I have found Norcast to be professional and competent in all of their dealings with us. From my very first phone inquiry, a friendly attitude of going above and beyond for their customers was in evidence.

Recently we were approached by our contact with Norcast, Chris Robles, to review our current services. As a result we were offered upgrades that have allowed us to work more efficiently, thus, become more cost effective in our operations. Communication was outstanding from the install to launch resulting in a relatively seamless transition to a new system.

Bottom line we not only have a better system but my monthly cost was actually reduced. Being a small business often does not lead to the highest priority for many of todays service companies. Norcast does all of our phone work here at Access Publishing. They are great to work with, and I needed to get voicemail forwarded to my email. I called the support and they had it setup with in the hour, its great to be able to receive voicemails directly to my phone, especially when im out of the office. I highly recommend using Norcast to any local business.

Norcast contacted our nonprofit organization to offer support our phone and internet services. Over the past four years, they have saved our agency $50,000! All of those funds were put back into our direct services for victims of sexual assault and domestic violence. Micheal, Orah and the entire staff have gone out of their way to provide us with excellent services. They are not only an excellent communications provider but they also have hearts of gold. I've worked with Digital West for many years (I'm not even sure, it's been so long. Maybe 8 or 9 years now). They provide great service and have a lot of capabilities you won't find many other places in this area. I moved all of our hosted infrastructure to their data center from a Silicon Valley data center and was very happy with the decision. The costs and services are comparable or better that Si Vly and they are willing to work with you when special solutions are needed.

I have worked with many network/co-location companies, large and small, none compare! Digital West Networks provides impeccable service. I never have to worry about the details, Tim and his team provide exceptional expert skills to address any opportunities that arise. I recommend Digital West Networks for all companies who require high quality customer service, from tiny start-ups to well established companies. In the past 7 years, I have transitioned the server infrastructure of 3 companies to Digital West Networks and would do another if the opportunity presents itself.

My company was using Digital West in tandem with another provider tied in with Go Daddy which cost slightly less. A year into our relationships we switched everything over to Digital West. We have now been with Digital West for at least 9 years. You cannot beat their customer service, they deliver top value. I have never been left somewhat frustrated or confused as I did with the other service provider, and being in the customer service business I am tough to satisfy.
