Professional and quality service! Brought my gaming pc in for a diagnosis regarding a display issue that I was having. Cipriano assisted me with the process and was very communicative and easy to work with. Impressed that he sent me consistent updates on his progress throughout the day via email and would respond when I had questions. Definitely felt like a quality service.

Although I had to ultimately buy a new case myself to solve my issue, definitely would recommend this business (shout out Cipriano) for any of your computer/laptop needs. Most of the workers actually own gaming rigs too so no worries in bringing in gaming pcs or regular desktop pcs for service! Thanks again VM tech!

VM Tech handled upgrading our full office IT setup and devices back in 2017. They were very well organized, thorough, and communicative throughout the process. Along with the upgrade we signed on to have a service agreement with them for all IT maintenance and assistance. Whenever we submit a ticket they are prompt, knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. They have excellent customer service. I'm always happy to work with them.

Keeping this review short and sweet, but Cipriano and the other staff at VM Tech are nothing short of being magicians. I'm an IT professional with a hectic schedule and when I needed a server diagnosed/fixed, VM Tech saved the day and my sanity! Really nice people honest made me feel i had good sound recommendations.

First time using this kind of service, as I usually repair my own computers. I grew up building my own gaming rigs that doubled as a work station during college. Now a days with being a self employed contractor, I just don't have the time or desire to put all those hours in to troubleshoot and diagnose my machines. Cipriano was very helpful and quick to communicate any issues he found with my iMac and was open to discuss any hardware upgrade questions I had.

For what I was charged for a new hard drive and installation of new OS, it was much less than I was expecting to pay as compared to taking it in to a big name store like Best Buy or Staples for the same service. Support small businesses! Thanks Cipriano for getting my iMac up again

My laptop was having startup problems. I took it to this place for a diagnostic. Cipraneo and Richard were both very helpful, they found that my hard drive was failing. They were able to help me transfer the data to my backup port. These guys were very helpful and I would strongly recommend this place if anyone is having computer problems.

I have taken two home computers and one laptop. The service is great! They updated my old Dell computer, cleaned it up, and added extra security protection on all my devices. The prices are very reasonable. If you are not computer savvy, let the professional do it. Better then the geek squad, way pricey, and the waiting time is way too long to have your computer checked out. By far VM Tech is the BEST!

VM Tech has worked on my family's laptops as well as my company's computers. I have had computers cleaned up and work computers upgraded. They are professional, extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and update you throughout repair processes. VM Tech gets everything working like new or better! We have had excellent service with Virgil, Cirpiano and Richard. During quarantine, they have worked with me remotely to resolve issues and also patiently walked me through a set up/connection issue.

I'm very happy with their work and service. Staff was nice and communicative. Additionally, my laptop works great with the new battery and, as a courtesy, they threw in new rubber corner disks on the bottom and a silicone keyboard protector. I don't know if they always do this, and the customer rep said the parts affiliates threw in those extra things, but I really appreciate it.

VM-Tech has been great to work with. Our company has had them on contract to help with all of our IT needs for over a year now. There response is always quick, helpful, and professional. Our network computer died on us and our whole office runs off of it so we were in a bad situation but I found VM Tech on Yelp. Gave them a call and they said to bring it right over as they were only a block away from our office. The guy was very knowledgeable and and ran some free test to find the problem, luckily only our power supply went out and no data was lost so he was able to replace that part and our office was running back up again within the hour. He did give some great recommendations which I'll be visiting again soon to upgrade our network. Thank you VM Tech!

VM Tech did a great job repairing my laptop. The screen wasn't cracked, but the color was off like it was. They did a great job of keeping me posted on the status and letting me know when it would be fixed. It was a bit pricey, but it was worth it and I'd gotten a free diagnostic before deciding to go through with the repair, which was nice.

They did an awesome job and I'd gladly go to them again. I'd also recommend them to anyone looking to repair their computer. They know what they're doing, they're friendly and they're professional.

I am so glad I found this place! I called VM Tech and spoke with Virgil, after explaining my problem/concern with my laptop he gave me a general idea of what to expect. I took my laptop in on the same day and had the pleasure of meeting with Chris. Both gentlemen were very professional, honest and friendly. I would definitely recommend VM Tech to anyone in need of IT and computer repair services.

I built a desktop computer, and it worked great for 3 months. Unfortunately, I awoke one day to find that it no longer booted and there was a red light on the motherboard. I took it to VM Tech, and they gave me a free diagnostic. They found out the the motherboard had died, and I needed a new one. I shipped a new motherboard to their office, and the rebuilt my entire machine for just $50!

This all took just a Friday afternoon and a Monday morning; it was extremely fast. Everyone I talked to there was very nice and helpful. It's a bit of a drive, but if I get any more computer issues I know who I am going to.

Had an issue with my Asus laptop not booting. It would still hold charge when plugged in but when I clicked the power button I could not hear the computer boot or see anything happening on the screen. It was 3 months out of warranty. I called best buy and for the geek squad to diagnose the problem it would be $70. Took my laptop here for the free diagnosis, was called back within 2 hours and told it would $90 to fix and they needed my authorization. Authorized and was able to pick up the next day. With the yelp discount it came out to $76.50 and had my computer back within 24 hours.

I had a Macbook Air problem after i spilled water on it. I went to VM Tech service, and they fixed for me so well, they were trying to help me as much as possible. I really recommend their service to other people.

Great customer service! They called me back when they said they would and kept me informed on the status if the repairs! They also took the time to explain to me what was wrong with my laptop (bad virus) without making me feel like a dummy (since I'm not too computer savvy.) I also thought their repair prices were very fair. Very happy customer! I would go back.

VM tech is the BEST! Virgil and his staff are great to work with.my wife had troubles with her laptop and they did a wonderful job at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend them if you have any tech needs!

VM Tech was wonderful. Our internet went out the other day and when Verizon rebuilt the connection, it kicked all of our printers offline for reasons I couldn't understand. I called another place to come out, but their clients weren't their priorities, so we just kept getting the run around. I decided to call VM Tech to see if they could get someone out here immediately. Charles let me know that unfortunately he couldn't, but he just wanted to take a quick look at my computer remotely and see if he could see what was going on. 1 hour later, my printers were back online, and I didn't need to leave or have them come out. They will be doing more work for us at this office, for sure!

VM Tech was the closest place to my house, and the trip was streamlined and pleasant. I met with Matt about a Wi-Fi issue, and he was able to fix my problem in about 3 minutes. He chose not to charge me for services because "the paperwork is more complicated than the actual service", and it made me feel that their bigger priority was helping people rather than trying to squeeze out some payment. In addition, he also walked me through his process of fixing the issue so that I could try doing it on my own in the future.

A little bit of a delay on the company that manufactured the fan i needed replaced but once they recieved it they said it should be ready in about 24 hours. 6 hours later they called and said my laptop was ready and good as new and back in my arms. 6 months later it is still working great which means bargain doesn't mean lazy work.

Great place! Very quick turn around time and I went to have my computer checked out and they were honest to tell me it wasn't worth the repair. Instead of charging me a ridiculous amount they were honest and informative and didn't charge me. Honesty is rare especially in business definitely a great place to go. I will be returning and telling people about this place.

These guys are great! I highly recommend them. I used VM Tech to troubleshoot and correct some critical errors on our server at our business. They were professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Virgil and Charles are truly exceptional and will be our go to team from now on. We also used them to setup Windows 7 and QuickBooks 2014 to run on two of our Apple iMacs running a virtual network. Robert was the man and got everything running for us.

His follow up and customer service was second to none. Lastly we had them swap out a cracked screen on one of our Mac Book Air laptops. Price was fair and was completed quickly. Jon took the initial phone call and also checked us in when we arrived at their shop. Robert completed the actual work. What I liked was that Jon was professional and to the point. MacBook now looks good as new. To any business or home user who is looking for a company with dependable and professional service, this place is it.

Great place. Had a CPU overheating on my laptop. They fixed it but my gpu started overheating. They took it back and worked on it till everything was fixed. Now my laptop runs better than before I took it in. Thanks Robert!
