Free service maximum is $20.00 per month, valid for current Keyway members only. Credit is awarded to referring member after the new account's first-month balance has been paid. Worst company on the face of the earth. Go anywhere else but here! All they do is re-sell verizon service so just go there directly and save money, time and have a better experience. I had their service for a couple years until they escalated my monthly bill to $80+ per month for basic internet service (home use). The customer service is completely non-existent.
They do not answer their phones (ever!) and if you call, it will go directly to voice mail. Technical support is a joke. I had more billing errors that continued for months and months without being corrected. It was ok in the beginning but went downhill. I'm not convinced there's more than one or two people working here any longer. The latest is that I stopped my service with them over a year ago (and got better, faster service from verizon for half the cost).
All of a sudden out of the blue three months ago, they started sending me invoices again. And, including late fees! I'm not even a customer. I've asked no less than ten times via both email and voicemail (since they don't have any live bodies you can actually speak to) to stop sending me invoices. Do you think they have replied? NOPE! Just keep sending me invoices and late fees. This is the first time I wished you could rate a company with negative stars. This company is too horrible for words.
