Services
If you're (thinking of) starting a new business you can easily be overwhelmed by all the things you need to do. I start by assisting you to define your business dreams and create a way to achieve it with a marketing strategy. The strategy includes such topics as: your target market, your competition, your uniqueness, and pricing.
If you don't already have a marketing strategy, I strongly suggest you create one. The strategy is your touchstone, helping you to remember: who you're targeting, your competition, your unique value proposition, and why people should trust you. Using your marketing strategy, I creatively help to solve your problems, offering solutions that fit your marketplace, values, and resources.
I work with your marketing, engineering, or management teams to uncover systems that aren't at peak performance and introduce new solutions to complement your existing branding and customer base. All strategy is tied to clear ROI metrics to allow your teams to incrementally improve the quality of your company.
Like for-profit businesses, if your nonprofit doesn't already have a marketing strategy, I strongly suggest you create one. Nonprofits tend to grow organically, but successful nonprofits don't just "happen" - they're planned for success. Many nonprofits operate in a "begging" mentality, constantly spending a lot of effort getting enough money to fund themselves.
Since most of us are scared to speak in public, we tend to give "safe" speeches (lots of slides, lots of facts, and 100% not memorable). Yet we all have heard passionate speakers inspire their audiences to make a change (in their business, in their life, or in their community). What's the secret to these great speakers?

Don't buy Activity Vouchers from Menkind! Purchased a voucher for Christmas present 2020-2021, everything looked great until we tried to book the fly experience. first company which we choose and made the voucher for first picked up the phone and said they are closed due to COVID, then they said they will contact us after god know how many emails.
Then we called and they say they have to look and will call us back - after that they have stop picking the phone. one year have passed could make appointment and once register your voucher it is only for that place. then we have contacted the activity voucher company - they have said they will lend us another 6 months - that mean 12/21 - 6/22. have been trying to change the location with another place - two weeks ago send them email for availability in 2weeks time. Friday before the 2week Saturday when we asked to make the booking received an email saying that they cannot take appointment with 1day advance - this week the company with the vouchers asking for 20 payment so we can actually use the 100 which I have spend already! Don't recommend!

Tried to return an item I bought the day before. Was refused a refund because it had been taken out of the box. Contacted costumer services and they confirmed that it is solely shop managers decision. And that only way to get a refund is to send the item to the actual warehouse. Costumer rights don't apply to this store.
