Initially, I was thrilled and impressed. I'm a disabled guy so I try to spend my money wisely. Besides an array of services, I bought a desktop that has just died I've barely used it and I'm despondent about. My 3rd attempt at fixing it. I hope they can really come through so I'm not in a better business battle with them.

Just an update pc no longer works thanks to thes people Tak your business elsewhere Went in for A keyboard replacement because my R key would repeatedly stop working as well as keep spamming without pressing it came here waited about two weeks payed $493.00 dollars as soon as I got it home I noticed my W key rgb wasn't lighting up the second day I got it was stuck on 32 percent the battery has now drained it's stuck at 0 percent charging can't use without on the charger pc randomly turns off while I says there's been a error and a blue screen there is times when I'm browsing the web or watching Netflix and try to use scroll wheel and the whole keyboard becomes unresponsive.

When I did diagnostics test on the pc it says there's no errors but when the test comes back for battery is say charging state unavailable can't turn on rgb on keyboard or the batter will die on the charger

Quick Fix is amazing, amazing, amazing. So it finally happened to me. My computer crashed, and despite going through all the recommended fixes posted online, and working with an Apple rep, my computer would not turn on. Of course, I didn't have my files backed up. I had 12 very uncomfortable hours not knowing if I had lost all my files. I called Quick fix as soon as they opened and they said to come in for them to run a diagnostic check.

Within 10 minutes of arriving, Fabel told me that they would be able to recover all my data. Two days later I picked up my computer with all my files restored! I couldn't be happier or any more grateful.

Good customer service and return time. Did not feel like they were trying to scam or upscale me one single bit and their rush service is definitely a plus. Only complaint I have is they forgot to activate my replacement hard drive leading to some confusion initially. Not a big issue for someone who is technologically inclined but it's definitely not something an every day person would know about. Other than that I would give them 5 stars.

Haven't use the service but I called just now to get an estimate on a repair on my computer. Even though they were not able to do it, they gave me some good insight and tips. I will definitely give my business to this location when I need something

Brought my Macbook Air in because it was because I had dropped it and it was operating incredibly slow. Fabel was incredibly honest with me when it came to assessing my computer. They diagnosed my computer and told me that it was not really worth it to due any repairs, since the computer isn't worth a ton. So nice to go somewhere and not feel like someone is trying to upsell me or pressure me into spending too much.

Would highly recommend if you are looking for honest computer repair place. It did take a little longer than expected to diagnose the computer, but if you let them know you need it sooner, they are more than happy to make it work.

What a terrific computer repair shop! Their prices are extremely reasonable but, even more importantly, they diagnose and FIX your computer problems accurately. My computer is running better than it has in years. I will definitely use this company for all my future needs!

Brought my micro sd card to this place and they weren't very sure they would be able to fix the issue, they were very optimistic about it though, they said it would be a few days to weeks but after about 2 days they called me up and said that everything I needed was pretty much done and ready to go, absolutely great customer service and even better service with the item. 10/10 absolutely recommend them!

Went to the store with my HP Z420 and a Samsung 2 TB SSD. i wanted a Win 10 upgrade from Win 7 and an HD upgrade from my old roughly 250 GB HDD to the 2 TB SDD, I was providing. I made it clear that I did not want to reinstall all my programs or files. I was told that it would take a magic bullet to do what I was asking for, except the MS 7 to MS 10 upgrade could be done on the existing license.

The best that could be done for what I wanted would be at 250 GB on my 2 TB SSD, the rest unusable, a slave drive configuration, or manually reinstall all the operating software into the 2 TB drive. Needless to say, I left the store. This was the wrong thing to say to a retired aerospace engineer, who has solved even more challenging problems than this one. Magic bullet.not a problem.

A short internet search revealed the most recommended solution was to use Samsung Data Migration Software (free on the website). I struggled with it, striking out at 95% complete several times. I then went and defragged my C Drive through 9 passes in Win 7 (Took 4 hours!). Then Win 7 read 0% fragmented. I then retried Samsung Data Migration Software.

It ran without a glitch and shut down my HP Z420 PC. I then took the PC to the bench where I pulled the HDD that been copied and inserted the cloned SDD in its place. Did not have to mess with BIOS, it worked perfect on power with the usual display tweaks required. Win 10 came free as well from the MS Download sight. I have a very low opinion of the technical knowledge of these people.

The gentleman here are very professional, knowledgeable and friendly towards their customers. They got my custom rig set up perfectly and even made the wiring practically invisible. Now it runs better than ever thanks to these guys.

Highly highly recommend Quick Fix for all of your computer needs. Noticed my trackpad was rising in my Razer computer (found out it was a swollen battery) and needed the battery replaced. Really didn't want to ship it to Razer, as their privacy policy states that they will reset the entire computer, and I would then lose all my data. However, came to Quick Fix and they said they could replace the battery, and it ended up being even cheaper than Razer's quote, and no reset required.

Computer works flawlessly now and I still have all of my data (which includes roughly 4 years worth - 500gb to be exact - of music projects). Alan and Josh are extremely professional, reasonable, and knowledgeable. I could not have had a more pleasant experience with Quick Fix. Thanks again!

Received a quote to repair my iPhone screen of $285. Mobile service came to my home and repaired iPhone screen for $90.

I took my laptop to them last year in November to get the power jack replaced. The technician performed the work and my adapter worked fine again. - But later I noticed that the screw in the laptop casing at the power adapter side was not installed which caused a gap in my laptop shell when opening and closing. I tried going back there today (1/5/2020) but found that the place was empty and being gutted by workers. So, it looks like that I have to deal with the issue myself.

Wonderful Service! My PC stopped booting and I had no idea how to fix it. I gave Quick Fix Computers a call, was in store half an hour later and he was able to fix it by the end of the day. It's been about 8 weeks since having it repaired and no issues to date. Staff was friendly and the gentleman that helped me (Ali), answered all my questions. I will definitely be returning to them if I ever has PC issues again. Thank you for your help! Highly recommended!

I had a huge struggle with my laptop. I went to so many stores for fixing it. But nobody couldn't fix it untill this store. Everything is great now & it work perfectly. I am very appreciated.

I was having a problem with my laptop that stop opening. So I went to the place Doctor something here, in Las Vegas. I left it there and then they called me to say the price, it was totally a rip off! So later I was passing by Irvine, California and had my not working laptop with me. And I stopped by in Quick Fix Computer because my friend recommended it to me. So happy that I did it! I got it fixed: quickly and very affordable! Thank you so much!

This company never got back to me about a laptop I spilled water on and seeking hard drive extraction. After a month and going in multiple times, I was met with constant excuses and the last I heard it was being taken apart and 'processing' (which was what I heard for 3 weeks). I kind of gave up because they never stopped giving excuses, and never called me back and I really feel as though they just took my laptop for parts because they couldnt fix it.

I had a lot of old files on that machine and I am extremely upset by this situation because for a month I could not get any straight story about what was going on with my laptop or where it even was. I'm still waiting to hear about it about 1.5 months later for a simple hard drive data recovery. At the very least they could have called to have it returned to me but i'm quite busy and this has not happened yet.

First off, this only applies to the Mission Viejo location and to the new ownership. Long story short, this shop exhibits nothing but incompetence, zero customer service, false promises and straight up dishonestly. The person I dealt with seems very nice, but its a thin disguise. I took my Macbook pro here. They couldn't find the root issue, but recommended a new motherboard.

After the replacement and several hundred dollars later, the exact same pre-existing problem remained. Despite taking it back multiple times and roughly a dozen calls to them, it was never resolved. I finally took it back to Apple, who essentially proved that a new motherboard was never installed and charged me for the same repair(motherboard replacement). The owner refused to answers my calls or return my emails and has had numerous chances to resolve this. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

So happy with their service. They fixed my iPhones cracked screen in timely manner. Prices are reasonable and they provide great costumer service.

The folks there were extremely knowledgeable and isolated the issue with my desktop without charging me a dollar more than necessary. I was worried about leaving my baby with them for the week, but they took good care of her. Sure, they're not as quick as their name would have you believe, but good enough.

Maen is wonderful! I called in a bit of a panic and he totally put me at ease. He quite literally quickly found and fixed the issue faster than bestbuy was going to. Not to mention he is very friendly and personable. I would recommend 100%!

This place used to be great. I don't know if it's new ownership or what, but now I kept dealing with someone who just would not listen to me. My computer wouldn't boot to windows, system repair, system restore, safe mode, nothing would work. I asked them to install new hard drives, that I included, with windows 10 and they didn't, even though I was charged for it. Got my PC booting, but first time I reboot it and it hangs again. Took them a week and calling several times just to get this much.

I don't want to go back there because I just don't trust them with my PC. Use to be wonderful service, but now I'm willing to write off money lost to them as a lesson learned.

Maen was such a great help in fixing my old computer and gathering my information into a memory drive. He was always very thoughtful and willing to help in anyway he could. He was so generous in providing me with a new charger after finding out my old one was broken. I defiantly recommend his business and service! Don't hesitate in stopping by his shop and having him inspect your pc or mac, he will provide you with good insight and cost-saving resolutions.

Needed a fix for my laptop and found this shop. The manager was very friendly and understanding to what I was looking for. I was told end of day or possibly into the morning would be how long I'd have to wait, but was able to receive my laptop back earlier than expected. Everything is now working fine and I would be happy to go back if ever necessary.

These guys are amazing. When it comes to trusting your computer to someone that can be a very nerve-racking experience. I've had three incidents where liquid was spilled on my computer. They rescued me every time! These guys are awesome and trustworthy!

I cannot tolerate and see company like this who try to cheat people, who is doing fraud openly, i cannot tolerate rude customer service like this. They must pay for their fraudulent nature and rude behavior and they will. Here is the Story. I took my HP Pavilion i7 Laptop for repair because there was no display on screen. I handover my laptop to Maen.

He told me that there is problem with motherboard so i have to change new motherboard. He told me that it will cost $180 to repair my laptop. I agreed and left them my laptop to fix with new motherboard. After few days Maen call me and inform me that laptop is fix and ready for pickup. I went to pickup laptop very next day. Maen show me the laptop. i ask if everything is good with laptop. i start laptop, it looks like it was fixed.

I ask the price for fixing, Maen told $240. what the hell he is saying! I left my laptop to fix at $180 now he is asking for $240. Maen told the laptop was fix sending outside and motherboard was replace. I ask Maen to give me my old motherboard, he told me that he do not have. I got Surprise! Then i asked him how could i know that laptop is fix with new motherboard?

Later on after few discussion Maen told me they did not put new motherboard, they just fix my own old motherboard. I ask him if he just repair my old motherboard why he charging me $240? It was agreed that he will repair my laptop replacing new motherboard in $180 but now he is asking $240 for repairing my same motherboard! I told him if i had to pay $240 repair my laptop with new motherboard? but he refused to do so.

How fraudulent the man Maen and this repairing center is. I had a long discussion today for asking me to pay $240 to take my laptop. As this Quickfix has tried to cheat me, tried to take benefits of my innocence, i disagree to pay them and came back without taking my laptop.

Very helpful and friendly. Affordable computer help for when you want your old computer to work again. Even better when you want to upgrade you computer with more RAM. The place has been around for years and I have brought my laptops and desktops to them and never regretted it. Would have brought mine it sooner if I had known how easy it was for them to upgrade.

We have taken three different laptops and one desktop over the past several months to be checked out for problems. The staff and the service couldn't be any better. Our issues have always been resolved in a timely manner. Jason is so good about taking calls and answering any of my questions anytime. I have an Hp laptop which was not working for almost 6 month and I didn't now the reason, and I was already lost hope to have it fixed since I don't have a warrenty from Hp, so 2 days ago I was walking by that computer store and I just wanted to see how much will it cost me to fix it and I was so scared that the problem would cost me a lot since I'm on a budget now, so they told me that they will check it up and will let me know what's wrong with it, yesterday I have received a call from Jason and he told me that they have checked it and that it had a bad ram and that was causing the problem and they quote me $40and I told them that this is kind of high to me and then a guy his name is Alex picked up the phone and he said it's ok it's on the house this time! So I have picked it up an hour ago and it works again:))) Thank you Quick fix, you are awesome
