I used to use these guys all the time but they ripped me off for $2600 could not get my computers working could not get my new iPhone to work could not connect with Google nesting

Today, I worked with epc IT Solutions technician Vance Moore and we got a lot of work completed very quickly. Vance is about one of the best computer experts that I have worked with in my life and he's about up there with the best of them. He's highly knowledgeable and asks a lot of questions and his advice was very practicable. Yes, I would definitely call this fine again and again because their professional staff are really good.

I am 65 years old, having worked with PCs for over 40 years, and these guys (especially Vance Moore) are REALLY GOOD. Best of all, their infrastructure supports remote technical work and during this COVID-19 pandemic and that really helps a lot.

EPC has taken care of my small business IT needs for many years now. They are always very responsive to my needs and requests, and will work with me to figure out the best option for me. There is never any hard sell, and they're willing to think outside the box. Recently, I needed to migrate off of two old PCs onto one brand new one. Munish was able to design and order a system that was perfect for me. Brian handled the migration, and he was fantastic.

He moved over 400 GB of data off two machines onto the new one, and then spent 8 hours in my home office getting every program and software set up on the new machine to run seamlessly. I was afraid of all the little issues that would pop up afterwards, but there have literally been none. He set everything up perfectly, I had no down time away from my business, and I could not be happier with the whole end product and process.

They are knowledgeable, trustworthy, very helpful. They make things right when there's an error-no one is perfect, but that's all you can ask for! I've been going to them for years as well as my boyfriend. Brian Huang I've worked with the most and he is so responsive and really knows his stuff!

Have used ePC 3 times, with every one positive. Excellent work, fair pricing, and most importantly, honesty I can trust. Ironically I've won industry awards in customer service SW as I do some work in that sector. I know the value of trustworthy customer service. They could have told me pretty much anything as I'm not a HW expert, but the very first time when I needed to replace a burned hard drive, they tried to first find a discounted one on sites before buying a brand new one.

Then they recovered 90+% of my burned hard drive, much more than I expected. They worked very hard on it, and I knew from that point that I could trust this group. Similar performance on my next 2 jobs over 2+ years. I plan to keep using them and would strongly recommend to others.

I brought my 13 inch Macbook Pro for a battery removal and it was removed in less than 15 minutes all for a great price. I was told from the Apple Store, Geek squad, and other repair companies that they could not remove my battery because one of the screws was damaged and it needed to be drilled out. ePC Computer Solutions, Inc fixed it in 15 minutes. I am one happy customer! Great customer service, friendly and efficient. I definitely recommend this place for quick and easy laptop repairs.

I actually ended up not spending money there because of their honesty. The guy I met (whose name escapes me) looked at my issue, and told me up front that if I could get it done under manufacturer's warranty at Best Buy, I should just do that even if he could do it faster.

I received excellent service from Hasan at EPC. My PC crashed for unknown reasons after one of the updates, and Hasan helped me restore all the data and brought the computer back to life with Windows installed within a day. He was trustworthy and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this service!

The folks at ePC were able to recover data from a notebook drive that was otherwise unusable. Many thanks to Hassan for his diligence and expertise, it's great to have that data back again!

Munish & Hassan saw that my old computer's hard disk was erased and ready for recycling. They were both very professional and the shop is very organized and clean.

My laptop was running slowly and not connecting to wifi, I was about to leave on a business trip, and Hasan was able to help me out immediately and fix the internet functionality right away, but suggested that I follow up after my trip and he could spend more time to get the computer up and running as good as new. ePC's pricing was very reasonable, and they did a great job fixing my computer on time-sensitive basis. I was very impressed by the customer service and competence of Hasan and the other employees with whom I interacted.

Great customer service! Brought my broken laptop in to see if my documents and pictures could be retrieved. Already knew my laptop was not worth fixing. Hasan was very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Went back the next day and picked up my external enclosure with everything on it at a reasonable price. I highly recommend ePC Computer Solutions and will be back!

Had a hard drive overhaul Mark did an excellent job updating Open Saturday and remote teathering made very convenient.

It is the place to be taken care of your computer's needs. There is nothing the do not know, If you do not know about this place, now it is the time for your next fixing. Munish Mantao is supper nice man

Was skeptical after a few Google reviews were mixed, but Yelp are more accurate. Great group. Straightforward about the work that needs to be done, what it will cost, and likelihood of success. No surprise charges after the work was done. Overall, I'm quite pleased as I've found a new PC place that I can trust.

My LCD screen cracked. As a college student, I need my computer, so I freaked. I called Geek Squad at Best Buy, and the estimate to fix my laptop was more than the laptop had originally cost! A family member suggested ePC, so I said okay, and I took it in. The price? AMAZING. Why not 5 stars? They said they'd have my computer back to me by a certain date, and it was late (they're lucky I was on Spring Break, I would probably have been a bit more upset than I was). They were very quick to get my computer back to me though, and now my screen is fixed and it all works just fine :)

Service was expensive and incomprehensive! I brought my computer in for data recovery. They did a half-hearted job with a hefty price tag! Later I took my computer to another company and they charged me a quarter of the price and did a much better job! I'd skip this and go elsewhere!

Anthony Biasotti is an example of what IT Service should look like. He always exceeds all of our needs, and he does it with a great attitude and smile. On an environment with high demands and creative users, Anthony's resourcefulness and tenacity to achieve results is highly appreciated.

Over the last 5 years, I've worked with EPC and they've helped me build a great website, recovery my hard drive, provided Laptops for my business, and have supported me via on line tech support. They've always been fairly priced and the service is awesome! If you need networking or pc support, give them a try and I'm sure you'll be as pleased as me!

Mannish and Tony are great, but the bozos in the shop are rude, unhelpful, treated me like an idiot and wasted my time. You might think you are the worlds greatest computer geek, but listen to what your customer tell you, and try to help them. In this economy, its a no brainer.

Unfortunately I have nothing positive to say about this company. I spent 300 dollar, 3 weeks and got two very damaged computers from dealing with them. I asked for a refund since they did not fix but further damaged the two computers I entrusted them to fix and they said "Did you hear what I said? I will send the refund check for the desktop when I get a chance!

I am done dealing with you people."They damaged the computers worse than when I gave it to them. I am utterly disgusted with this company and the incompetent people that work there. They are beyond rude and the prime example of a company with horrible service and below standard customer relations
