Mr. Shah saved my $1000 laptop going to trash. The issue was not something that has a defined guideline to fix, shash with his experience fixed with a smart try. The price is right and believe me he is a conversationalist unlike his looks. Point to note his shop is in 2 nd floor and you will have to go through stairs.

Highly recommend for all your networking needs, we had so many issues which was upgraded and fixed. Kudos to Shaw and Hameed for there responsiveness and expertise. we had old laptop that would only boot to bios screen. Shaw took it in even on the eve of the New Year's day. After thoroughly checking the computer, Shaw decided it was not worth to repair as the motherboard had malfunctioned. I like upfront and good advices. Shaw is THE BEST! I got to my office planning to get tons of work done today and I found that my laptop was not finding any WiFi networks for some reason. I figured I'd take it to geek squad but had had a bad experience there with my last CPU. I literally Google for computer repair in Long Beach and Elitebuyer came up. I called and Shaw answered, asked me a few questions, and told me I could bring my Laptop in.

He seemed to work like a surgeon immediately finding and fixing the problem before I was able to finish one game of Uno on my phone! I didn't believe he had fixed it that fast. He also generously did it free of charge for me since it didn't take him much time. He's very experienced and he's also handsom ( Not sure if he's single ladies ) I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable IT professional. Seriously a 5 star review here. I received such amazing customer service! I found them on Facebook Makrketplace I was going to buy a rose gold MacBook Air and upon arriving and agreeing on price I told him what I would be using it for and he immediately directed me to something way better suited to my needs (I was honestly clueless) and gave me what I feel was a good deal.

I went home later that day and did notice that the battery on the MacBook needed to be serviced. I called and he just told me to bring it in and just ended up giving me a whole new MacBook in better condition than the first! I am truly a happy customer. My boyfriend loves my MacBook and we will DEFINITELY be coming back for his!

Update: I wanted to update my last post because our precious interaction was a miscommunication. We cleared it up and I drove over there after work yesterday and complete the transaction. He was very friendly and even waited until 7pm, way after his 5pm closing time, for me to pick up the MacBook. He waited even longer while I went to an ATM to withdraw money, which I really appreciated. Overall, very satisfied with my purchase, it was a great deal and in great condition for a great price. Would highly recommend this place and come back again.

My laptop was hit with ransom ware and i could not get into my desktop. Called around and found elitebuyer. Was told that it may take upto 4 days. They got it out and working great now. And i got to use the yelp check in offer. Well use them again.

Got another message from the sean s. (spelled as in his message) about my excessive use (two instances) of the dreaded F-bomb ::cue dramatic music:: Edited to soothe his feelings.replaced F-bomb with "Failure", as in failure to return a call. Also made my "Sh*t List" and "The Businesses Speak!" lists.

It is the only completely professional place for computers that I have come across. The prices are somewhat higher than your neighborhood computer repair place, but the results are solid and reliable.

I somehow got a horrible virus from the internet and my computer crashed. I couldn't access any of my files. Shaw fixed my computer and restored my computer back to new with all my files. He did this very quickly too. Shaw is extremely knowledgeable about computers and networks. I wish I could give him more than 5 stars. I highly recommend him.

I thought I lost all my data when my hard drive got fried. However, I brought it to Elite and within a day my data was back! A steal at twice the price!

My computer totally crashed on me one day and I struggled to find a computer repair shop with a decent price. I needed to restore my entire computer. In hopes of getting my lost data back. Mr. Shaw who worked there found all my lost files! I was a very happy camper. I paid $140 out the door for restoring windows, cleaning out viruses, malware and recovering lost data. Shaw was very helpful and nice. I'd totally go back to fix my computer!

Elite is my first choice for anything with my computer. My first experience was when my computer went black when I was in the middle of a transaction (real estate) and absolutely had to recover the contract and other documents. Best Buy looked at it, called it a "Level 3" and said they'd MAYBE recover it for $1,700. Shaw said he'd do it for $50. Honest, reasonable and fast.

Find THAT anywhere else. He also recovered all my back up files from a back up hard drive that the carpet installers dropped - nothing lost. I continually recommend him to my friends and fellow reators, as this type of service deserves to be utterly successful.

Shaw Adli at Elite Computers did a great job of repairing my computer of viruses, installing a great anti-virus on my computer and doing everything in a timely manner. Shaw is a one-man show but he does it adeptly. Defnitely the place to go if you're looking for a computer repair guy in Long Beach.

This place is way to slow for my taste and I still had problems. I dont understand why they want 24 hours to fix it for a small little guy when other places in long beach will come to your house and fix it the same day.

A Perfect Experience. My Dell laptop was nothing more than a paperweight that played music due to numerous bugs and viruses contracted through filthy myspace encounters. I looked on Yelp for someone to help since my attempts were nothing more than frustrating. Thank God for Yelp. I would have NEVER found my way to Shaw without it. Shaw was very accommodating, letting me know I could either drop off the laptop when he was there, or leave it at the dentist's office beside his office if he was not there.

Within 24 hours I had my laptop back and in great shape. The entire cost was $100 and included the virus protection software and he transferred my backed up data and even backed up my computer and reloaded all of it since I hadnt done a backup in a few months. I will, and have, recommend him to everyone having computer issues. Just a fantastic experience.

My SAVIOR! if i could give elitebuyer.com 10 stars i would. Shaw is BRILLIANT. i woke up yesterday morning, boot up my computer to a BLUE scary error screen stating things i could not comprehend. i called DELL, they pretty much told me i had to back up my hard drive, restore my operating system, and the rest is a blur. on my hands and knees trying to figure out where to find the darned hard drive, i realized i was way out of my league. needed some true professional help and wasn't going to chalk out $199 for DELL to come and diagnose the issue. NO WAY! so to the SOURCE i went. YELP! i found elitebuyer, made a phone call and was on my way. i felt like carrie bradshaw in the sex & the city episode where her mac dies and everyone keeps asking her, did u back it up? no! oh i felt her pain and prayed that unlike her, my files would be recovered. my LIFE is on this computer. EVERYTHING! every contact, email, picture, MUSIC. the reality was almost too much to bare! no idea who Shaw was, if he was even competent, where the heck i was driving to? it was a crap shoot. well i WON THE LOTTERY with this guy. not only was he able to back up my drive. he reinstalled windows, restored back up to my new HARD DRIVE, installed an auto back up to the hard drive and recommended an external hard drive all for an OUT OF SIGHT price. and in less than 24 hours. he is a GEM! i am forever indebted. thank u SHAW, you're a lifesaver! p.s. he's the real deal! his clients are primarily corporations and people like me are little side gigs. so glad he's around to help the little people!
