Had an issue with my Wi-Fi and could not get any connections working. They were very helpful and solved my problem in less than 5 minutes, great people very knowledgeable!

I took my iPhone 7 Plus there to have the screen replaced that was cracked. Everything on my phone worked EVERYTHING. When I got it back the earpiece and speakerphone did not work. I put Bluetooth on and was able to call them and tell them. The tech said bring it back and they would look at it. After sitting there for about 40 minutes he tells me that this is just a defect from apple on their audio chip.

That they can fix it for around another $100. After doing a little research I found out this happens when replacing the screen if you do not remove the old screen correctly. He spent time researching when I made my last calls is about all he did in the 40 minutes he had my phone. I do not recomend using this guy at all. He has no idea what he is doing and tries to lie his way out of trouble. its a shame I had so much work I would have gotten for him. My bike club is always cracking screens. I hope everyone reads this so buyer BEWARE.

Greater Cincinnati Computer is professional and trustworthy. The first time I used their service I called Jim and he had his team transfer material from an older PC to a newer laptop; there were no hitches. The price was reasonable. All my questions were answered. This week, Steve worked with me remotely to reinstall my printer/scanner to work with Windows 10; he helped me with software I had installed as well.

I am happy with Greater Cincinnati Computer. Since I work from home and, too, remain in contact with friends and family electronically having a place to go where I know I am listened to, which is reasonable in pricing services, and where their response is quick and professional is important. In today's quick turn around world, good tech help is a necessity.

We have used GCC for our needs keeping eight network computers and their server operating for a number of years now. You can't go wrong with these guys. Dependable and a good value. I haven't found anyone better, but I don't need anyone better!

My hard drive went bad. Took it in Monday and it was repaired and improved with a Solid State Drive the next day. Friendly folks and the price was very nice. I am writing this on the very computer they repaired and man is it fast. Highly recommended especially if you don't want to deal with all that sales pitch at the chain stores.

I work as the IT guy of a small company. We had a serious hardware failure on the computer we use for our daily business (shipping, cc transactions, etc.) when the hard drive broke. These guys were great, they got the computer back to us in two days and had all the old programs re-installed. They really took the time to understand our small business needs and get us the service we needed in a very timely manner. I would recommend these guys to anyone looking for excellent computer repair, customer service, and a speedy turnaround time.
