Tech support was very helpful in upgrading prior software and conversion to new software package - able to install Help Desk app. Kevin was very attentive to requirements needed to complete the installation.

I was able to get my adobe issue fixed quickly. I was able to give them a call and talk to an individual immediately, who was able to start helping me.

Over the years we have experienced the 4bis commitment to providing the best service and attention to the IT needs of our business. We have gone from having our servers in house, and calling on 4bis as IT needs arise to moving to the current platform of having our servers on the Cloud, monitored and updated regularly They keep our systems updated and closely monitored for any malware, hackers or viruses. Moving from a "as needed" service platform to a monthly service agreement allows each staff person the ability to work with a 4bis tech on any computer issue they may have.

It has also eliminated the need for 1 CGN staff person to filter the IT needs of all our staff. This format allows CGN to work more efficiently and be more cost effective. I would recommend any non-profit looking to devote more time to their mission and less to maintaining & upgrading the IT on a regular basis. Give 4bis a call.
