I made the switch to Telnexus several years ago and have not looked back. Before I found them I worked with every telecommunications company out there from ATT to Cbeyond - all over promised and under delivered. It was so frustrating and so costly. Telnexus provides for all my tech needs -- everything from on-demand problem solving, tech consultation and IT assistance to providing high speed internet, phone /fax service, intraoffice communication systems, and email/ calendaring management. It's really nice to have one bill and one vendor for all these services.
Over time, my company has grown and employees have begun working much more remotely. I depend on them to ensure my computer and phone systems are running smoothly and my data is secure and confidential. I have to share our experience with Telnexus yesterday. The phones went down at my law firm LAZEAR MACK, [due to a temporary outage caused by our internet provider] and tech support from Telnexus was ALL OVER IT. They answered my email with a phone call, took them less than 2 minutes to get in touch. They worked on my station to diagnose the problem and did so efficiently.
Once they determined there was no quick fix they had control over, they helped me reset the system so it came right back up when internet was restored. Sometimes all one can get is information, but it's much better than floundering in the dark. The days of real customer service are often only a dim memory, but that is never the case with this company. Customer service is an AWESOME AND PLEASANT experience for Telnexus customers.

Our office has a couple dozen VOIP phones with service provided by Telnexus and it's been great. Their support is responsive and I've found the zswitch virtual PBX expressive enough to configure our call routing needs with minimal effort. When we add extensions I just shoot an email to sales@telnexus.com and a couple days later a pre-configured VOIP phone arrives ready to go. Perfect.

Jeremy called and ask me if I would like to lower my phone bill out of curioussity I said yes to him he promised to reduce my bill in half and he actually did it not only that with reduced bill he added a lot of other functions to my services like e faxing etc. if you are willing to cut your office phone bill significantly this is the company to go and very good friendly staff you take care of your business very smoothly without interrupting the service
