Best computer repair shop i have been too. very friendly which always help when being a human being :)) very professional and cordial in every interaction work does always get done perfectly, this is my second time coming here and every time i am extremely happy with the results.

Been building and repairing computers for over a decade and used many diagnostic softwares from well known freebies to commercial software like pc check, just bought PC doctor after randomly coming across it online and for the price it's great, huge range of tests for all individual components, absolutely no regrets about purchase

The ToolBox is pretty good for analysis. GGPCTU application is a nice complement to it to correct some of the issues reported by it. I have used PCD Service Center for years and years, and the ToolBox is my latest add-on. Well Done!

I used PC Doctor when working as a service technician at Microcenter and it was our go-to tool. While toolbox isn't quite the same as the bootable flash drives that we used, it has darn near all of the same tests, but only on one PC and not bootable. Though the price is much cheaper, those flash drives are $300+ so unless you are running a PC Repair shop, toolbox is a great addition to any PC persons troubleshooting arsenal. Though I still want to get one of those tool kits some day.

Needed a FPC connector hinge replaced for my macbook fan, (not the easiest fix put it that way) i brought a replacement hinge with me, let them know what i needed doing and left it with laptop doctor for 15 minutes, and just like that, the fan is running perfectly again, just called them up and they did it there and then on the day, top job, great service, cheers!.

I'm very pleased with Laptop Doctor. I was desperately in need to fix my laptop after getting a new job, I first took it to a shop which has top rating on google and they said there is nothing for this model online so we can not fix it. A friend recommended Laptop doctor, I took it there, paid for express service and I was relieved after the initial diagnosis. It needed board repair which they did in two days. I am happy with service and the cost of the repair. I will definitely go there again.

These guys are great. They fixed Bobot - a much loved Fisher Price all singing & dancing toy. It survived the first three grandkids hurling it down the stairs, but not being put in the bath. Now it's ready for grandkid #4 :

My friend who has learning difficulties brought a gaming pc for 500 a week later it stopped working he took it to his local comp specialist because he doesn't live in Brighton and was told it was the mother board and to take it back to pc doctor. They refused to refund him or fix the pc as he took it to someone else! They in effect took his money and run! Crooks!

Excellent Diagnostic tool to tell you exactly what's wrong with your computer in one place. You don't have to worry about installing third party apps your not sure if you can trust or not. One of the best purchases I have made!

I've used Ultra-X in the past but their pricing was a little drastic and their equipment stopped working if I didn't re-up on my license. I don't believe PC-Doctor is under the same model but so far their usb stick has worked flawlessly for me the past few weeks I've had it. I plan on continuing with their product(s) moving forward.

I have been using PC-Doctor on my PCs for something like 15 years. The scheduled hardware scans have proven to be valuable. The scans have alerted me when hard disks were about to fail. The warnings gave me sufficient time to make sure the failing disk was backed up and then replaced. I remember that I had a memory issue and PC-Doctor alerted my of the problem.

A few weeks ago my PC appeared to stop accepting input from my keyboard. Navigating with my mouse, I was able to launch PC-Doctor and found a keyboard diagnostic from which I was able to determined that my keyboard and hardware were working just fine and that the problem was that Windows had descended into a state of funk. I logged of and logged back on and I was able to use my keyboard again. PC-Doctor is a unobtrusive product and only makes is presence known when lets you know the results of its hardware diagnostics.

It is possible to run any of the diagnostic tests at any time and I occasionally run them if is suspect there might be a hardware issue. One real benefit of using PC-Doctor is that it generates a ton of information about my PC. For example, the last time i increased the memory on my PC, I got the information on exactly what type of memory I already so that I could order the correct type of memory.

No more opening up the case and pulling memory boards the get that information!. PC-Doctor provides far more detailed hardware and software information than Windows will. Over the years, the developers at PC-Doctor have made improvements to the product and the user interface. It is a solid product sold at a fairly nominal price. The next time I replace my PC, PC-Doctor will be among the first software products I will install on it.

Hands down the best laptop repair service I had. My laptop hinge joint broke which needed major screen replacement and repair. These guys had it done in less than 2 weeks and the laptop looked brand new, the same as I brought it. If you ever need you gadgets repaired, don't hesitate with laptop doctor- promising results are guaranteed!

Had an issue with my laptop wifi and after struggling for almost a week to find a fix, I brought my machine here. The service was great and they were able to fix it in just 1 day. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and easy to talk with.

For is a period of time I could not get usb drives to stay mounted. PC Doctor tested and found that one usb drive was failing and taking all usb devices offline and online. With that information I was able to save my files and get a stable laptop, without having to buy a new laptop. Would have liked the new laptop, but the wife is happy this purchase can wait.

Took my iPhone 6s to be repaired. Super friendly team and gave me a full breakdown of everything they did to try to resolve the issue, unlike other places I've been to. I'd highly recommend Laptop Doctor to anybody wanting really good service.
