Always willing to help in a timely and friendly manner. Everyone goes out of there way to be helpful. If someone isn't able to solve an issue, follow up from a higher end tech isn't far behind. Unlike some IT firms, we are never left feeling stupid for not knowing something. I would prefer to never have to call for help, but when I do, it is ALWAYS a good experience. Grateful to be working with a company that understands the "People" behing the "Business."

I can't say enough about working with Intrust---I had a program issue and worked with many techs at Intrust to try to resolve the issue and I must say all the techs were delightful to work with. Needless to say, not one of the techs was giving up on the issue and I thank them for being so patient with me!

I had a problem with Teams that didn't exist earlier. The team (multiple people) spent a lot of time on this issue and kept after it tenaciously until resolved (which ended up being bigger than just my issue). I am really impressed by this experience because so much effort was placed on resolving to the root cause (which ended up including the folks at MicroSoft) and it helped other customers even though they may not have known there was an issues.
