For over 30 years The Computer Center has been serving the IT business needs of Southern Wisconsin and Northern Illinois. We started as a training company back in the 1980s and our focus on helping people use technology to their advantage continues today. Today we have clients ranging in size from 3 to 300 computers all across the Southern Wisconsin and Northern Illinois area. We are a business-only service provider focusing on helping our clients meet their business objectives through a strong IT infrastructure.

We have a very busy automotive repair facility and was in need of newer computers and up date our support net work. Dealing with digital inspection reports from our technicians and having to send that information to customer requires a lot of computer speed and power. James and Gary came in and do an assessment of our needs. They sat down with me and provided a comprehensive plan to update our complete network., at Avery fair price. Gary preformed the new system installation. They exceeded Our expectations with minimal downtime.

I would give them 10 stars if I could. Computer Center revolutionized our reality of what an outside IT company should look like, act like and offer as a support model. We've been a client of theirs for over 15 years and have no interest in even discussing any other options. James and his team are amazing and "Johnny on the pot" when it comes to issues we face. Gone are the days of IT companies having to leave the office with your computer to fix the issues. Their Comprehensive Care Package, remote access and trouble ticket process all function seamlessly to keep our company information safe and up and running!

Working with all of the staff at The Computer Center has been a wonderful experience. All of them are very knowledgeable and can fix anything that ever goes wrong with our computers here at work. They are always so kind and are very patient with us when they are trying to figure out the problem we are having. The Computer Center is very quick to respond to our requests and set us up with what is needed. I really love the communication that is done between our office and them. They are very efficient!
