Tim Ancona is President/CEO of Ticomix and Aptris. In 2013, he launched Aptris as a dedicated ServiceNow Partner focused on advancing Service Management practices in large organizations. Outside of business, Tim spends his time with his wife of 30 years, Karen, and their 3 children, Ashley, Justin and Brandon.
I've had the good fortune of being in a variety of leadership positions for over 26 years and in the CEO position for more than 18 of them. We came to Ticomix needing some help and guidance on getting modules from a VFP application updated into Visual Studio and the VFP database into SQL. From the first meeting to over two years later they continue to make everything seem easy. Everyone we work with at Ticomix is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Michael and the team at Ticomix have been outstanding to work with. We started converting our antiquated FoxPro based trucking application to an updated Kendo framework several years ago. Ticomix made the transition relatively painless and continues to help us develop new features and provides ongoing responsive customer support to help us keep the application running smoothly.

I've been working with Ticomix as a customer for the last 5 years or so. I work in a small 3 man I.T. team which has historically called upon Ticomix to provide solutions which are needed to be done in a short time frame with fixed deadlines or simply things which to work and are out of our shops current toolkit. Ticomix has been absolutely vital in the success of a number of large projects and problem escalations. The staff is also a pleasure to work with.
