I'm an administrator for 5 private optical groups and we have been working with Network Experts for over a year now. We use an EMR system so running smoothly is one of our biggest priorities, especially as we've been expanding over the last few years. Network Experts team are easy to get a hold of and quick to respond! They are very flexible and always put the needs of the business first, even if that entails working around our business hours (open 7 days a week) and on holidays to get the job done.

They pay attention to detail and give us their honest expert advice, especially when we have a big decision to make. I have really grown to appreciate all their time and efforts to go beyond our needs. Needless to say, we renewed our contract with them for a few more years!

We had Isaac install a prestige DVR and cameras. Recently my car was broken into and the video was unusable by police because of the poor night quality. I cannot recommend this system or vendor. The customer support is nonexistent unless you agree to pay for a service call. Also the interface and way the dvr works with a network is difficult to restore following a initial setup.

We recently had a new server installed at our dental office. I am very pleased with the services. Issac and his technician were very knowledgable and professional. We needed help the day after installation and Issac managed to be at our office shortly after we called him. I highly recommend Network experts! They are the BEST!
