Don't hesitate. John has been doing computer repair for 17 years, but for many years before that he was actually building computers. So he will have your problem diagnosed in minutes and a solution for you faster than you can imagine. As soon as you meet him you will know he knows what he is doing. He is not expensive because he is so efficient.

My wife and I have a network that spans two buildings. We've used Jon Straub and Action Computer Service for years, and he makes it easy. Most of our friends also use him if they need help. Mac or PC. He keeps everything clean and easy, and cleans up any junk that has accumulated, and talks me out of buying stuff that will be useless. He also works very quickly and is pleasant to be with.
