We have been using IRN for about a year as our Network Administrator. Not only did they re-design our in house computer system with a new server system and all new workstations (which are warrantied by IRN) but they monitor the systems to assure continued optimum performance. One of the systems they have in place for us is a daily back-up system, which we put to use today when a complex file was accidently erased. Russ responded to my emergency and within 15 mins I had my file back and working.
As a business owner it is extremely satisfying to work with a company that knows their niche, offers suggestions on how we can improve our systems and is responsive to our every request.

We love IRN for all our computer needs. We started out a few years ago with an emergency call caused by the dreaded "Blue Screen". They sent someone over and our issues were promptly addressed. We have since purchased all our computers from them and they handle all our issues. It is worth noting that in all cases, the entire staff at IRN is extremely knowledgeable and most importantly, extremely patient.
