On day 3 with no internet or phone line, Rang numerous times. Was told it was the phone line and it was reported to open air who don't accept calls from customers so forget about asking to contact them. Air wire are basically not taken responsibility for the issue. Was told they have no idea when the phone line place will contact me or when they will be out.

I'm absolutely ragin with the service we've gotten. We're also in a village so no mobile phone signal inside the house so sitting outside to write this review. No help at all each time I call the call is logged and someone will call back waiting since 9 am for a call back.

The only company that could sort out my new fibre connection in record fast time. No messing about. Great service! Eir failed miserably wouldn't even answer the phone. Airwire however are highly recommended

Its not consistent. The fact that I am using my data to make this review says it all. However, they will talk you through any issues you may be having that other providers wouldn't bother with and are reasonably priced. Not a bad option for any country home but do look into other options if available.

Great service and support. Managed to resolve a complicated FTTH install process other providers wouldn't even bother with.

Whilst billing issues have been resolved, up and download speeds continue to sit below the promised 'up to' speeds. Numerous speed tests show download speeds of 7/8Mbps at best and less than 1Mbps upload. To top it off, there is ZERO internet today. No warning, no explanation.

Great broadband 1 Gbit all the time, two years online and no issues at all.

Service isn't great. Signed up for LTE broadband of speeds 'up to 15 mb/s', and promised the speeds wouldn't drop below 10mbs. Every evening at peak time (7-11pm) we are lucky to get 2mbs. Corrandulla Co. Galway.

We have been using Airwire for around 10 years now and the service is first class, We havent had many problems at all but any problem we did have over the years has been sorted out very quickly indeed. Highly Recommended for rural areas.
