Great people! They took the time to listen to me and even though my issues were rather commonplace, they were incredibly nice to me. My laptop is happy again! I highly recommend this place. No matter how complex or how simple your issue may be.

I was in need of urgent computer help and called leaderchip. I was told I could have an appointment the next day at 4pm. ok I will wait 24 hours to fix a small adobe problem. The next day 4 pm no phone call, so I called leaderchip and was told the tech was stuck at the previous client and couldn't possibly help me today. So no phone call, no nothing Person on the phone was kind of rude. This company is not relaible or does not communicate well with their clients.

Personable friendly staff, competitive quotes, very clean shop and none of the shady BS that I've come across with other computer repair places. Brought my HP Envy in after a different shop in Gainesville had diagnosed a full motherboard replacement. Turns out that other shop had lied to me- LeaderChip let me know that all I needed was a new CMOS battery replaced and they had my baby good as new the very next day. Thanks again for your commitment to good business ethics and superior service.

I can't say enough about my overall experience with this company. I had a number of issues with my HP AIO, and was referred here by someone saying "I wouldn't bring my computer anywhere else." Frankly, I couldn't agree more. April was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in resolving the numerous issues. What also impressed me, was that she kept me abreast of the progress, and schooled me on things I needed to know. "Five stars" is well deserved! Bravo and thank you., LeaderChip!

Fantastic ladies running this PC shop. Just picked up my high-end gaming PC after I had an issue I couldn't troubleshoot over 2 days. They fixed it very quick and very affordable. I didn't know this shop existed, but I'm never going anywhere else. I highly recommend this shop if you need repair or want to buy a clean refurbished PC or laptop.

Carrie, April, and Troy were all fantastic to work with. I had an unusual business tool in need of repair and a personal Wi-Fi issue and they spent extra time and effort to help solve both issues. Thank you guys so much!

My work laptop went down at the worst time. The owner took a late evening call from me, picked up my laptop for an emergency fix, and spent so much time informing me. This company is great to work with.

As good as it get's is right! I have been using Leaderchip for years! They have repaired my computers and downloaded old tapes to DVD's! I find them honest, fair, very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. The owners are wonderful people and have helped me with all my needs, why go anywhere else!

I had been to Leaderchip before, so last year when my laptop hard drive failed I didn't hesitate to take it there. They advised me to replace it with an SSD, which was great, but I said very specifically NOT to upgrade it to Windows 10, that I only wanted the same thing I already had due to the horror stories I had heard about W10. He upgraded it (if you can call it an upgrade) anyway, and I've been miserable ever since.

He even argued with me about why I should just live with it. I finally had to take it to another shop to at least get it set up the way I needed it to be, but I've still had nothing but problems with updates that fail and software that I need that won't run/install under W10. That was my last visit ever to Leaderchip. All he had to do was what I asked him to do, and I'd be a loyal customer forever. Over and out.

Troy is the best. Fixed our network problems with ease. He is my new IT guy! Came to my office and solve all of my issues. They don't ask for a contract for continuing services, which is wonderful. I will never call anyone else.

Reasonable fees, pick up & delivery. Desktop hard drive full of viruses. They fixed, took some time, running great. Nice people too!

I have appreciated excellent service and professional computer expertise from Leaderchip for the past several years. They have been helpful and informative when I've taken my computers there and their service rates are competitive with other mainline office centers.

It maybe smaller, but at least they have parts on hand. PSU's, GPU's, motherboards, cases, replacement cords & other Valuable parts for sale & in stock. They offer Computer repair at a reasonable cost. The place is clean, and the staff are very knowledgeable about technical details. They know exactly what you want, I've dealt with them before and this place is A+ Reputable. I highly recommend them!
