Global Outsourcing Services was founded in 1995 as a small Service and Solutions Provider, catering to the Travel Community. Since then we have evolved into a full service Global Information Technology Solutions business, serving different industries. Management of a project is the greatest risk factor for any corporation implementing a network or deploying infrastructure. GOS acts as an agent for our customer. We are proactive with the vendors, suppliers, facility personnel, Telco's, contractors and local users. We produce a Comprehensive Project Management Manual that defines all aspects of project planning, implementation, and procedures.

I was hired to perform a job on 11/9/21 by Kevin Byrnes. On 11/4/21 he called me with a change to the scope of work and asked that I go to the site on 11/5/21. I asked him to send a new workorder and gave him a price to do the job. He got mad because my price was different than he expected and pulled the work he already committed to me for 11/9/21.

I called out Kevin on his behavior in a telephone conversation and admitted to his immature behavior. His last words to me, yelling through the phone were "YOUR BLOCKED!" I immediately reached out to the CED Robert Murray to discuss the matter and have not received a return call yet. This is my public recommendation for Technicians and customers of GOS. Technicians, Don't do any work for them.

They are unethical and do not want to pay you what you are worth. Customers, you may want to consider finding another technical resource as they do not treat field technicians with respect or professionalism.
