Took my daughters laptop in and had it fixed. Owner was absolutely fantastic. Called me within 2hrs. He gave me so many different options and routes to proceed. He truly wanted to help me get the laptop back to running order without me having to spend an arm and a leg. I will definitely recommend him to others and use him again. Cost us hundreds for diagnostic work that left computer worse off than when we dropped it off. Brought it elsewhere afterwords. Free diagnostics, great communication, confident diagnosis, accurate repair. Wish I didn't go here first. Seems like a nice guy but just didn't have the skill or pricing of others
