Critical: Professionalism The first thing I noticed when I walked in was that nobody was wearing a mask. This made me feel super uncomfortable. After the man who was at the front was done talking to me about my laptop, he was pushy about trying to get me to get it fixed there after I told him about wanting to check elsewhere first.

I stopped in the other day because I needed a computer charger. They didn't sell my computer charger but they had some old chargers on hand. The guys there told me to just take it and use it without even having to pay anything. I brought it back because I only needed it temporarily but I really appreciated that. They could have just said no they don't sell chargers but instead helped me out. Thank you!

The guy came to my house and "supposedly" fixed my computer.two hours and $150 later, he left. I went straight to my computer and up popped this box that said THE HARD DRIVE HAS CRASHED. He just spent two hours crashing my computer, charging $150, and had to take it to the shop. After it was promised to me in 2 days, it wasn't ready til a week later and they wanted to charge me another $165. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. I bought a new computer. If two hours of fixing crashed my hard drive, who KNOWS what they messed up in a week.

My computer was completely unusable, I could not even turn it on, and thanks to mgsoft they have it up and running like never before. it was very fast service, the employees were very nice and respectable! I would say if you want top notch service, MGSoft is the place to get that!

Great store for any computer needs. All of the workers are very smart in this area and very friendly to work with. They will try their best to fix your computer problems, create your website, or even make house calls and all for very reasonable prices, unlike many other IT stores out there who over charge greatly.
