I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use them again! Our computer issue was quickly diagnosed and fixed for a very reasonable price. We thoroughly appreciated the timeliness and follow up call to make sure everything was still working appropriately!

Nouhoum was very kind and extremely helpful and he went out of his way to help me with my computer repair. I had water damage to the keyboard of my laptop and some of the keys were not responding. He came and met me at a location in Pittsburgh, where I was already spending my day so that I didn't have to make a special trip, which to me is the pinnacle of great customer service.

He called me with updates and photos when he found upon taking it apart that the fan desperately needed replaced so he did that too. Then when I got my computer back and the speaker was not working he came and picked up my computer again and fixed it and had it back to me the next day. He then dropped my computer off at my house, so I never once had to go out of my way, while he went out of his way for me more than once.

I am beyond satisfied with the level of customer service I received and very happy with the work done on my computer. I would recommend My Computer Wiz, Inc to everyone with computer issues!

Kept us updated at every step of the way from what they diagnosed to when the parts would arrive to how the rebuild was going. Reinstalled operating system and most used programs, help restore data, reset the printer and internet and asked if there was any other items I wanted done while here. Courteous and professional.

I hired Nouhoum Cisse in April 2017 to transfer data from my old lap to my new lap. He came to my home within 24 hours worked efficiently and quickly. He was very patience and explained all the new features on my new computer. I also recently purchased an IPHONE first time user. He changed some features in my settings and did a quick tutorial of the new phone.

Today I called him due to trouble opening up my documents on my new lap. He walked me through over the phone in 20 minutes with patience and problem resolved. I highly recommend him and his company. Also I believe the cost is very reasonable. Nouhoum thank you very much. Worthy of a five star!

I worked with Nouhoum Cisse, who was quick to respond and was able to fix my computer in a short period of time. He's an incredibly sweet man who is always willing to help. I give them four stars out of five because there was another (different than the initial) issue when I got the computer back, but they were quickly able to fix this issue as well.

My Computer Wiz and Nounoum are great. He diagnosed the problem in less than 15 minutes that the Dell service technician couldn't figure out. They are knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. He even gave me some tips to be more efficient with Google Chrome. I will always call them if I have computer issues in the future.

I was so impressed with the service I received from Nouhoum, our technician. His expertise, dependability and creative solutions were outstanding. He was able to address my concerns with internet safety for my child, by installing parental controls on multiple devices. Safety controls were tailor made to meet our individual family needs. I would have never gotten this level of support from my internet provider or from software packages like Nannycam. I needed my laptop screen replaced and the GeekSquad and BestBuy couldn't do it, but My Computer Whiz was able to though. It took a while to get the parts, but they kept me up to date as to what was going on. Plus, they picked up and delivered my laptop! That's service.
