ECMSI service was needed during one of this year's snowstorms. They were prompt in calling back and keeping me notified on the status of my issue. After it was determined my PC was unable to be fixed there was an uncomfortable delay in getting a loaner to me; however, the service received from Dontae and their ability to save all my work and documents alleviated it. Thanks again for providing good service!

Our School Valley Christian School has been working with ECMSI for years and they have been an invaluable partner with us. As a small organization we do not have the expertise for IT management so they are our IT department. Even though they are an outside contractor it is as if they are our "internal" team. Their customer service is unmatched and response time is exceptional. TJ Stine is our main contact and TJ is one of us. most people here probably think he works here. TJ is responsive, capable and is always sensitive to our work productivity and tries to do his work with as little interference as possible. When they say they fixed a problem. it is fixed. no repeat tickets! Can't say enough about this company and would refer them to anyone in need of IT services.

We have been clients of ECMSI for longer than I can remember--and for a good reason: they provide us with the IT knowledge and technical expertise of a large company, but treat us with the personal and friendly manner of a small company.
