Service has gone downhill and now is basically a one man show. Unreliable, unresponsive, undependable, and too many issues to list. Promises everything and fails to deliver. Will outright lie to you and string you along. Poor network structure developed and keeps too much information to himself, holding your business hostage. Don't walk away, RUN!
