I needed my lap top keyboard replaced and after being ignored by the original shop I took it to Eric was a welcome surprise. His response time and willingness to work within my schedule was amazing. I am not computer illiterate just unable to do the fine skills needed so I knew each step of the way he knew what he was talking about. His rates were reasonable and fair. I hope I don't need his services too soon but he will be my first call and my first recommendation from now on.

I am so happy that my boyfriend recommended me to go here. I had an issue with my computer for months and was about to get a new one. I went here and Eric was extremely accommodating and fixed my computer in an hour! He is very friendly and walked me through the whole process so I understood what the issue was and what he was doing to fix it. To make my experience even better, it was very affordable! Called WCH early afternoon after experiencing issues with my laptop. After talking with Eric about what the computer was doing, he said to bring it in and he take a look and start working on it that day. Eric had me back up an running in 2 hours! He was able to backup my documents and pictures, so I didn't loose anything important and wiped my system clean. Computer is running like a brand new laptop. Cannot thank Eric and WCH enough for getting me back up and running!

I am so impressed with Eric from Wakefield Computer Hospital's service. He picked my computer up, had a diagnostic within hours, was done the next day, and dropped it back off to my home. When my MacBook Pro's screen started to go, I called Wakefield Computer Hospital after their closing hours on a Saturday and left a message. The next day on Sunday, I got a call from Eric the owner. He asked me a few questions, I sent him a few photos of what it was doing and he had me come in a few days later when I was available. He helped me find the part number for the new screen and he kept an eye out for one while I looked too.
We found a new screen for a great price and he even offered to replace the battery in my machine too because it was in need of service. As soon as we had everything needed Eric had me bring my computer and he repaired it all right there within a hour. He has great flat rates and great service! Definitely a man who stands behind his work and will go out of his way to help you! I will definitely be using Wakefield Computer Hospital again when I need computer help and I highly recommend them for their great customer service!

I dropped of my lap top there 2 months ago as a unannounced walk in and amazingly within 2 hours he fixed the problem. Extremely courteous and professional behavior I received by Eric. I was planning on picking up my lap top that week maybe he fixed it to my surprise right away. It's been a staple in the Wakefield community for years I honestly can not say enough good things about my recent experience there. Kudos to Wakefield Computer Hospital I would never bring my computer issues anywhere else.

I brought my MacBook in because the track pad wasn't working properly. He told me that there was a chance swapping out a new track pad would easily fix the problem, but he couldn't guarantee that there wasn't a bigger problem. So, I paid him $210 dollars to try swapping out the track pad. Unfortunately, the new track pad did not fix the problem - but I knew that was a risk. So, fair is fair.
I'm not upset about that. But what I didn't expect is that my keyboard would stop working properly. After his service, the keyboard would only respond intermittently. I immediately brought the computer back in - and at the moment, the keyboard responded fine. I explained that just 10 minutes ago, it wasn't responding at all. He said, well it's working fine now.
I attempted to explain again that something was wrong - the keyboard woking fine one minute but not responding the next minute is a problem - which he again refused to acknowledge. The keyboard is now completely unusable. Long story short, I paid this dude $210 to break my keyboard. When I first entered, my gut told me that everything about this place looks super sketchy - it is filthy, disorganized, unprofessional. If I had trusted my impulse to run for the door I could have saved $210.

The owner of WCH was not helpful. So I took my MacBook to the square one mall and got my MacBook fixed for $40 less then the price that WCH charges. So I don't highly recommend Wakefield Computer Hospital to people who need their laptop fixed. I went to WCH 2 months ago and they said it would take 1 day to fix. But at the mall kiosk it was fixed in less then 2 hours

I thought Eric and Kurt were great! Eric diagnosed the problem with my (several years old) laptop and called me with an estimate quickly. It was less than I feared it would be (I needed a motherboard, ugh), and asked him to please do the repair. When the part came in and the repair was made the laptop still wasn't working correctly. Eric figured out what was wrong, and ordered a second part to complete the repair.
He owned the issue, apologized sincerely, and charged me the original quote. I was very impressed with his professionalism and genuine concern about the delay. You couldn't hope for a better response to an unexpected problem. He even made some special arrangements and went out of his way to get the laptop back to me as soon as it was ready. I appreciate his excellent customer service and commitment to the job!
