Internet City Computers

I think I'm done with dealing with Internet city. Steve is nice enough but computer seems to be junk. Now I'm stuck with a heavy paper weight cause I can't afford to keep taking it in and pay the fee.

Took computer in for damaged screen, was unable to replace. Did test computer and found no problems. Also activated anti virus program, and removed a virus like wave browser. It was suggested I use an external monitor. Did so without a problem. Only charged a bench fee. Would go back again if needed.

My external hard drive malfunctioned, but the owner was able to recover all of my data and transfer it to a new drive within 4 days and at a reasonable cost. I wish I was financially able to pay him more for this service. Please come here before going to the larger (more expensive) computer repair servicers.

I have used Steve to do my business and personal computer repairs and also to buy his refurbished equipment. He's always helpful and honest. Any time I've needed his expertise he has always come thru for me. Worth my drive. 45 mins one way.

Brought in my desktop that was not starting up properly, the monitor was not displaying (root cause wasn't as straightforward as I thought it would be). Steve gave me a quick diagnosis of the problem the next day and offered me valuable information on how to get my PC fixed without burning a hole in my pocket / wallet. If I do happen to have any computer problems again I would trust his advice.

I absolutley love this little shop, Ive brought several computers there to be fixed. They are fast & affordable. I definitely reccomend this place for all of your computer repairs!

Amazing service! I'm a new business owner who needed a quality laptop for on the road. He had a few options to choose from and directed me to the perfect one to fit my needs. I was so impressed with his product I brought him my Uncle's desk top, my Mom's laptop, and my personal laptop all for a good cleaning/update and they all work like new! Too bad I can only write one review because Steve's service was 5 star quality all 4 times!

I had to bring my Dell laptop in on last night. He gave me clear and concise understanding of what he had to check and what would be the issue. He did a beautiful job, I got my laptop back today and it's running beautifully. thank you for the quality job and quick turn around time!

Steve does a wonderful job! Our laptop began acting strange so we took it to Internet City and Steve did the diagnostics. Our hard drive was failing. He replaced the hard drive for a reasonable fee and reinstalled Windows 10. The work was done in a timely manner. We are very satisfied.

I sat on my laptop and ruined the screen. I knew for sure that my laptop was done for! I went on the hunt to find a computer repair shop, just in case my laptop could be saved. I stopped at one location and they said they could do nothing to save it. I decided to keep driving (I was on my way to Best Buy). On my way I saw Internet City Computers and stopped in.

To my great surprise the owner said that he would in fact be able to fix my mangled screen and for a very reasonable price! He was very kind and professional and he got the job done fast! He had to order parts and fix my screen, I brought it in on a Monday and I got my laptop back on Wednesday! I am very pleased!
