One of the best online purchase experience and not only that, their staff is AMAZING and extremely helpful and kind. All started asking for a slice of a specific profile and they sent me a proper sample, after this I have placed 2 orders which were manufactured and dispatched very quickly with very precise and clean cuts. Everything was very nicely packed, no bent or scuffed corners.

Poor customer relations. Placed order on Friday lunchtime and it showed 00.00 in shipping costs. Received email on Monday for a further 46.80 delivery. All charges should be declared at the time of order. Told that charges are for Scotland - how devisive is that when Lands End is further from their premises than Scotland! Let's hope goods are better than their service.

I mistakenly ordered a wrong sized inner brackets. Called them to see if I could send back at my own cost and recieve a refund - only to be told eather abruptly that there is a 30% restocking charge. That means I lose 25 for someone to update their stock computer and place 2 tiny little bags back onto the shelves. Customer service is null and void here. For my future products I will be sourcing another company.

Order was placed on Thursday, paid by credit card. I was told 500 units were available for immediate delivery. Chased up Friday to be told, don't know if they have been dispatched "computers down", will ring you back. No call back. I called back at 3.45pm to be told sorry we have finished. Called again Monday 8.35am: Sorry computers down and we didn't have any parts in stock.
How would the lady know that if the computers are down? Again I was told I will ring you back very soon. 90 minutes later I called and asked if I could collect. No, we are doing an annual stock check, who does an annual stock check on the 8th of the Month. LIES LIES and LIES from start to finish. Cancelled the order, lets see how long it takes to get our monies back.

Really please with everything. Id been looking for a while to replace our profile providers and had looked at going to Bosch when I found these guys. There pricing was cheaper than Bosch and I was quoted 3-4 weeks to get my workstation assembled where as Bosch quoted 6 weeks just for the parts. What was better I actually received the workstation in just under 3 weeks.
The staff were super helpful and pointed me in the right direction in regards to fittings and even suggested cheaper methods to fix my frame. They had videos on YouTube to demonstrate some of the fixings they were suggesting to me. I can't praise these guys enough and will definitely be using them again.
