Our regular office hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET, Monday through Friday, but we also provide after hours support to our current customers. If you think you MAY need our help after hours, when possible, please give us advanced notice so we can be ready for your call.

I have been using Eclipse Consulting for nearly 20 years. I have used them for a variety of projects and I have always found their work to be exceptional. I began using them for networking and internal documents. They set up my QuickBooks program as well as my correspondence documents. When I need to replace my computers, they help with both the new purchase and making sure all the data are copied over correctly.
When the computers suddenly stop working, they are always quick to respond and get my business up and going again. When one of my biggest customers insisted that I start putting bar codes on the merchandise they buy from me, Eclipse Consulting was there to guide me through the process. The largest single project they did for me was to set up a database program to track all the interactions that I have with my many different customers.
This custom program lists all of my customers, notes about them, and a calling schedule for sales calls to name just a few of the things I am now able to do. This has been invaluable. The quality of their work could not be any better and they are always available when there is a problem. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
