Sorry to say, but you have really bad costumer service. I am trying to get some help for almost 2 months now and still my question isn't answered correctly. I really am hoping to find a solution with you guys, but it sure would help if you would respond to my emails. I have send photos, videos and receipts, but still no correct answer. Hope you are able to help me out in some way!
