Our company has used CorCystems for about 5 years and they are fantastic. We have 60 plus users, in three locations spread across the state, and CorCystems has done a fantastic job in maintaining uptime, assisting us in upgrades to our infrastructure and keeping our network secure. My small business of all remote workers was looking for a seamless, secure technology environment. It was important that our IT provider understood what we do and aligned with how we operate. CorCystems made it incredibly easy and efficient to migrate to their solution. Each step was explained and scheduled in advance and completed without any glitches.
We love everything that was installed and it has made us more productive as a team. I feel the pricing is quite fair for the quality of products and services. Additionally, we really like the CorCystems team! They are friendly, knowledgeable, proactive, responsive and accessible. Whatever the issue, they just handle it easily. We never feel we are less important because we are a small organization. I have only positive things to say about the relationship.

We have been working with CorCystems as a Managed IT Provider for the past two years; and, previously, we have worked with members of their staff on smaller projects. With a staff of about 200, it was important for our healthcare agency to have someone that understands our unique needs and requirements insofar as our data protection and overall IT needs, including equipment, applications and a VOIP phone system. CorCystems fills all of these and more. CorCystems has stepped into the role of our VCIO advising and educating us on what is necessary to keep our IT environment safe and running smoothly.
From what would have been a daunting on-boarding process to the daily tech support, CorCystems' very knowledgeable staff has performed with the utmost professionalism. Our agency was assigned a project manager that kept the whole transition on track. Nicole was and is exceptional in organizing her staff and keeping our staff calm and informed. Their support during the COVID shutdown was invaluable!

They continue to be instrumental in ensuring all our equipment is kept up to date. I cannot say enough about this company. As the Practice Manager for Pain Management Associates of CT, we could not function without the support Corcystems provides to us routinely and during times when we have IT issues. The response time is excellent - always a voice of calm on the other end of the phone. We purchase all of our computers, phone systems and security cameras through Corcystems and have for over a decade. Tony is an effective business man and I have benefited from his expertise for many years.
