I have always been very satisfied with the work and recommendations offered from Excel Computers. Jim Fisher also gives the public some solid computer, software, and IT solutions in his bi-weekly Courier Journal article. Much of that trade info he could very easily charge customers for if they walked into his office.

I had an old Mac that I hadn't updated in years, and it was very slow and bad. I took it to Excel and, for a very reasonable price, they made it fast and good. I recommend them without reservations.

Outrageous prices, very unprofessional and snippy when discussing issues with our pc, they seemed to not care about the issue and were impatient when we were explaining what had been happening. Prices on diagnostic alone is insane. It is VERY worth the extra time or travel it would take you to go to Next gen in muscle shoals, where they actually seem to care, the manager at next gen specifically became a technician because excel has outlandish prices for repairs. Very sleazy vibe at excel hope to not return.
